I think that sentiment is because the show wasn't with as many people as the years before, this year it was: "Hey it's ALT and Meerkat and we have 10 songs for you, listen and vote for one".
I voted for Kiss that Muscle because it has a catchy vibe and I can see Kick trolls telling Phil to "kiss that muscle there bitch boy" and him crashing out because he doesn't understand the meme. Streamer Man, Who Would Scam a Dent, Welcome Home Gunty Roach were also very funny and good songs.

I honestly almost feel bad for him, he's the clown of gaming. I can't imagine having hundreds, possibly thousands of people dunking on me 24/7. It's like a nightmare.

To be fair, everytime he was given a chance to clear the air or apologise he doubled down on being an asshole.

What's crazy is how consistent he has been about trying to be THE asshole of every community he joined.

Im curious, how did you discover Dsp?

Around 2010-11 when Phil's trash videos polluted all of gaming Youtube. One of many Youtubers I never understood why he became popular, which remains today.

Then I was on a board where people were interested in his relationship with Leanna around the time they moved to Seattle, calling her his daughter and all that. I hate watched Phil for a while, but I really REALLY grew to hate Leanna even more. You newer folks really underestimate how annoying that bitch was.

Then I left for a few years, and another board had those glorious pics of Katherine looking like a hostage in Phil's office... and then I was hooked trying to understand the logic of Phil, and this weird looking raccoon woman, and why Leanna left, and I barely scratched the surface of the retards that fund this fat faggot's life.

For me the timing is a clear smoking gun because it was uploaded within seconds of him scanning it, the timing was too quick for it to just be a gayop. My pet theory is that he's okay with people finding out as long as it's just a small group, but once it breaks to the larger Detractor™ community he goes DENTCON 1

Way too many people these days state that "Thank God Leanna left...she's grown up now, matured and living her best life!"

Based on what? Yeah, I can give her some allowance for the fact that she was pretty young when she started messaging streamers like Phail and RTU in an effort to monkey branch herself a career/something, but nothing through the years she was with Phail showed sort of growth. I have no problem believing she found someone like herself, grabbed the ring when offered, and is pretty much the shrill bint she was then.

I don't know anything about Leanna besides the memes, I wasn't a mentally ill detractor when she was around, but I don't think it's unreasonable to assume she has matured consider she 1. understood it was best and was capable of leaving Burnell 2. found a normal style man no reason to think otherwise 3. had a child and is parenting per social media normally 4. has held a job her entire adult life

If we didn't know she lived with THE GUY in the past, she'd be considered a totally normal person, and most people are different at 18-22 than 30-34

I thought he'd discovered that it was public several days ago and started adding a bunch of high value cards he doesn't own so that he could fuck with the detractors. But if that were true, it wouldn't make any sense to delete the account, since that kills the joke. So was it a gay op the whole time? I find it hard to believe that it was his actual collection on there, since that would imply he spent tens of thousands on cards in just a few weeks.

He is going to write off every single card, this is the same guy who admits to using the bathroom midstream so he can write off the water bill. I think he writes off his entire mortgage even though the IRS guidelines on the matter are crystal clear (he can only write off the portion he uses for business, and before anybody asks he can't get creative by saying the home's entire value comes from the streaming room).

-Learn about the Farms
-Watch Jersh's interview with tom
-Start watching MATI
-Learn about about the Sektur, dive in head first
-PPP, jim, ralph, etc
-Kino casino start streaming on kick
-They sometimes would bring up phil in their RTU segments.
-Phil & Casino arc begins

- Watching old Rooster Teeth Rage Quit videos
- Get recommended "WingsofRedemption gets stream sniped and loses it"
- Discover the Farms
- See a lot of DSP references in that thread
- Wings gets on Lexapro and becomes boring
- Decide to see what DSP is about

I was looking for some other video, I forget the specifics, it involved some dude beating Hitman Blood Money by playing it like a third person shooter and ignoring all stealth. It had some title that was similar to "this is how you don't play", so when I saw a video titled that way but for MGS3, I thought that this person now made a similar video for MGS3. How wrong I was.

The Down the Rabbithole episode was my first exposure to the Pigroach, but I didn't really start paying attention until the bankruptcy saga when Rekieta (before he burned his brain out and became a crack ghoul) covered the hearing where that detractor posed as a representative of Citibank.

Boogie and Jack Scalfani were my go-to cows for the longest time (RIP samandtolki), and wings, ltg, and dsp were always very adjacent to the boogie sphere so I was pretty familiar with their shenanigans as well, although I wasn't as autistically involved in their lore as I was with boogie and Ja/ck/. Jack is fucking dying now and he's not quite as funny. boogie and wings have gotten boring, fake, and gay with time, but phil and ltg have only produced better milk. sf6 came out around the time that boogie content was finally becoming intolerable for me, so it was easy to get pulled into the autism vortex here with the litany of those early sf6 rage videos.

I don't remember learning about DSP, he was always that guy 'who rages and is terrible at games because he's an idiot to me'. The first time I was properly exposed to him was jims stream on DSP. Then I quickly found tevins streams and all the fucking lore of DSP and began lurking on here.

It took me awhile to actually remember because it was so long ago, but I'm pretty sure I found him through Encyclopedia Dramatica. It was after the MGS2 playthrough had went viral, but before the SoK drama happened. I fell off for a number of years after Khet entered the picture because of how stagnant the content had gotten by that point.
