Do you think he'll use his VFS (Versatile Film Stick) for the closet clean out or he'll just magically forget it exists ? And won't film the inside of his closet.

There's a chance he didn't pre-emptively cleaned his closet cause of his laziness and he'll be extra careful about showing anything incriminating.

It wouldn't even be neccesarily difficult, but Phil's pride is too great for a real job. He really only qualifies for the 'wagie' jobs like a cashier, or burger flipper at McDonalds. Jobs that basically do not require years of expertise to get into. But based on the way Phil plays games, he'd either self-sabotage himself or put in the least amount of effort, or both. Also working irregularly would be horrible for him because it wouldn't be structured enough for him.

And it's not because those jobs are difficult. They're not at all, but they're tedious, low-paying, and worst of all for Phil, lacking in the respect that he really wants.
The only job I can imagine Phail do is some shitty hermitmaxxed job like being a night security guard at some warehouse or industrial or data center site in the boonies that's so far away from civilization that no crackhead is gonna bother going there on foot. Even then he'd probably quit because he'd be too paranoid, so a slight gust of wind would make him think that a detractor hit squad has been sent after him and he'd start spiralling on the job and panic calling his superviser claiming that there's armed and dangerous men closing in on his location.

The latter. He will either refuse to acknowledge it and stubbornly insist that this was the plan all along, dunce, or he will come up with an incredibly lame and non-credible explanation. Either way, anyone who mentions it will be banned, because this

is almost certainly true. Philbert's First Law of Homosexuality states that any piece of khantent will be 10x more lame and gay in proportion to how much Phil hypes it up. I would not be surprised if he doesn't even bother to set up a different camera and instead we just get him awkwardly shuffling in and out of frame (to hide his diaper) as he retrieves carefully curated objects one at a time, and exhaustively discusses the history of each one starting with the helicopter company.

He will as surely use it as he is using his lapel microphone. So in essence NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

He probably took a look at his closet, deemed it too much work and then decided to "eff this shit, too much work"

Im curious, how did you discover Dsp?
A friend of mine got me interested with a This Is How You Don't Play. Much like how an anthropologist is inherently intrigued by the goings-on of a tribal society, I am constantly intrigued by just how far the delusions go. The denial of reality is so absolute, so captivating, so unbelievably real. It fascinates me to see the snowglobe world these kinds of delusional people build around themselves.

Night security guard is a good one! Very NPC. I can see Phil’s PS1 face moving glitchily as he says, “Must have been the wind” in response to a suspicious noise right before a serial killer does him in.

My go-to job for him is overnight stocker at a supermarket but he likely doesn’t have the work ethic for it.

Why do you have this on your Throne, King? I thought you were married to a human female? Who definitely doesn't want to go to Japan, neither do you?

I don't get it David why did you put this on your Throne

Edit: actually maybe I am dented, I think in reality he only has like 3 things he manually put on there, then the website just gives you generic 'recommendations'...I'm a retard
DSP going to go full on gay leather daddy for the season finale.

Since it comes up pretty often, and I'm not sure it's common knowledge, but writing things off really doesn't save you that much money, and in Phil's case does him even less good. It does save some money on your tax bill, but even writing off 20,000 dollars of his income as business expenses will leave him 100k to pay on. Add on top of that the fact that he saves literally zero dollars, and his bill is still going to be ridiculous. He was already on 2 seperate back tax payment plans when the bank leaks happened, and I guarantee he is just planning to do the same thing every year.

Attempting to write things off is just his Phil-style way of telling himself that he's doing something about his looming IRS issues while still spending every available dollar on retarded addictions. I've always assumed that it's a big part of his extreme anxiety about maintaining his non-goal minimums per stream. He already owes all of that money to the tax man, and if he ever stops making money even for a little while, that debt is still there.
I'm also off the mindset Phil has no idea what happens with his taxes. Like...look at how Phil handles literally anything else in his life. Dude can't even figure out, after all these years, and after being caught once before, not to use the same exact username on a publicly viewable account he doesn't want people to find.

We already know Phil hires someone to do his taxes. I think he just throws a bunch of documents at whoever is unfortunate enough to be hired by him, and that's that. He probably has no idea what discounts he gets/why he gets them, and he just parrots the term tax write off because it makes him sound like an adult and not someone in his 40's who looks like he's in his 60's wearing diapers and video game pajama pants who eats off of paper plates. It's the same reason he insists his condo is a house, or wears cologne despite not leaving his house or interacting with anyone. Hell, at this point I don't even know if he waddles downstairs into Khet's lair anymore unless he has to collect a new box of Pokemon cards.

Like many others, my introduction was the Down the Rabbit Hole episode. At the time I didn't check him out further though. Thought to myself, "Wow! What a retard!" then moved on. In 2022 I wound up catching Secret Limited's Best Worst Moments for that year and that was my descent into the Snortex. TIHYDP, Secret's other Best Worst installments, Memeology, TBS, Meerkat and of course the Farms. All have and will continue to give me tons of laughs while I thank God that I'm not in Phil's shoes (or weird socks).

Peak fucking delusion. As someone else pointed out, his denial of reality is one of the most mind blowing things about him. It's right up there with the spending addiction. I love how right after he finishes these rants and ends it with a cope chuckle, he goes back to his RMF - resting misery face.

I've said before that the only job Phil would enjoy is "welfare recipient", but I think even that would be too demanding for his taste - he would have to occasionally fill out forms after all. Phil resents being obliged to do literally anything whatsoever.

Watching MATI and I can see why you guys get annoyed with Josh sometimes.
"Is DSP wearing a diaper?" *Looks at 1 pictture* "I don't think so, next segment"

Even the Casino did better and the only way their Phil coverage could be lazier is if they started reacting live.
