I stopped drinking like a week ago and I'm The Guy's height and clocking in at around 190 and he does need to lay off the booze. My test is at 600ng/dL tested last month. I'm sure it spiked, but man, this man is not healthy. Fucking eat some dairy you fucking fairy. Stop drinking, or at least take some NAC every morning to stop the inflammation/bloat.
