I want to get serious for just one minute, because I saw this kind of behavior begin to bloom again weeks ago when he ranted about Jim Carrey voicing Robotnik.

I'm calling this right now, and only because if Null and Dear Leader really wants to be helping Chris then he needs to prepare for the long con.

I was a big fan of the Blarms Saga, and there were many instances showing Chris can, is capable, and will do harm to Sega if he is uncomfortable with changes made to the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. Eg - When he Glitterbombed Sega of America. And of course, he Pepper sprayed a person who had nothing to do with anything with his problem.

Chris tweeted this morning that he hates how much they casted Jim Carrey to be the voice of Robotnik in the Sonic the Hedgehog movie. He is so disdainful of this that he proclaims that even Sonic the Hedgehog himself hates this decision, I know that he thinks cartoons are real, but this comment could indicate Chris think's he could use the franchise's characters against them.

This is just bothersome to me, but like I said, I loved the shit out of the Blarms Saga and I couldn't believe how it ended up culminating, especially since at that time I was in the throws of Holiday tourism and had no time at all to read about CWC until four hours on Jan 1st, 2015.

This post may earn me a lot of :autism: ratings, but I'm just kinda really *yawn* right now. I'm in the throws of Summer time tourism so I don't have much free time, but I gracefully have a few hours off today, and woke up early.

I'm thinking too deep here.

Now, I want to ask. Since Joshua Wise and his cohorts were removed from power, what has been done to correct Chris?

Because what's going on here is clearly going to cause more damage to him than Idea Guy could. I wasn't kidding or being facetious when I suggested Chris could be on the verge of giving Hasbro a free $10,000 to keep G4 going. Chris, as I've mentioned in my quoted post, has already proven he will actually reach out and desperately do everything he can to make sure the corporations of his beloved cartoons will at least acquire the words he wants them to hear. He will be persistent forever until the corporations start to make jokes about it and then he will shut up. How did Chris finally shut up about Blarms in the first place? Sega made a Twitter joke about Sonic's newest design involving his muzzle being blue.

Eventually, Chris is going to get a response from a Hasbro/My Little Pony representative and be told "Kindly fuck off."

Here's some :informative: for you guys:
Chris is saying that equestria will be attacked by Akan, Akan is the lead antagonist of Hardcore Henry - but Akan also had a brief appearance as a villain in Payday 2.
Payday 2 is a game Joshua Wise (Idea Guy) was obsessed with, he would make Chris play it and he tried to implement the characters from that game into the Sonichu comics.

I highly doubt this is Idea Guy still trying to mess with Chris, specially since Null and The Captain are watching his back. So I think it's one of the many things that stuck with Chris from Idea Guy.

Yeah. Idea Guy had used Akan last year, as the CPU-hunting villain in the audio clip he spliced together to get Chris to think he was legit. It's likely just another thing Chris is incorporating into his fantasy land from what Idea Guy left behind, in addition to Kunt Nugget and lore like the 69 species of Sonichu, especially since Akan can neatly fill in the role of villain here.

According to his 'prophetic dream' it won't be created so much as split off from the current dimension, and taking half the power along with it, causing both dimensions to be weak and half power, leading to a takeover by Thanos-I-mean-Akan and the ripple effect will spread across multiple cartoon and comic dimensions that Chris loves, despite whomever owns the actual IPs for them.

Holy fucking shit Unclit, you brilliant lunatic. I read every post, in earnest, when anyone tries to explain anything about this MLP shit. Somehow you just explained not just something, but the current REEEEmergency in a way I can understand.

:achievement::achievement::achievement:

Now I need to go google ritual suicide.

This has Blarms written all over it sadly, although I doubt it will be as dramatic as that particular indecent.

He is certainly getting closer to that edge of clinically definable insanity he's always skirted the edge but the Wize Guys really did a number on his already shakey mental state in regards to this stuff and it's really starting to show especially something he is so strongly invested in like MLP especially because he's had positive real world connections in like his Brony Con trips etc, He's seeing this change on a fundamental assault on his own personal reality and that's not going to end well.

See, this is where Chris confuse the fuck out of me. He is desperate to save the cartoon animals he wishes to have sex with and goes on a long rant about how he met with them and begged him to save their cartoon souls, then in rhe very next sentance he asks the voice actors who play these characters help showing that he is well aware that the voices he does hear when he sits in front of his portal to cartoon world just belongs to general old humans.

I know that Chris is the north american champion of magical thinking and that his mind is a dark place where sane people should fear to thread but normally his strange and unusual behaviour has a strange autistic internal logic to it that seems to be missing here

It makes sense in an autistic way, you just are stuck on thinking with real-world logic.

Chris basically believes that when a person creates a fictional world, that it sparks the existence of that corresponding non-fictional world in a sort of pocket-dimension, where all of the fictional characters actually live out the lives depicted in the fictional series (and beyond). That means that the crew working on MLP are basically gods, dictating the direction this new world they created will move in. Particularly, by revamping the series Chris assumes they abandon it and let chaos basically ruin the whole fictional pocket-dimension-world.

Obviously it's delusion, but as a concept it makes sense with the way Chris is acting. Earth is a world of unknowing gods in his mind, and he's reaching out to a group of these gods to convince them not to abandon the world they've created. Think Horton Hears a Who mixed with Roger Rabbit, Chris is an autistic Horton watching someone about to destroy a speck of dust that contains an entire world, even though to everybody else it's just a speck of dust. Chris thinks he's Horton trying to save the world he is sure exists, while everyone else is... everyone else in Horton Hears a Who.

That's what's extra unsettling about this, like a few other people such as @Pony Horn have mentioned, at least with blarms he seemed to recognize that this was an artistic design choice made by actual humans. It was a stupid hill to die on, but at least it was fairly reasonable. Like "Sega made this change and I don't like it!". People get pissy about product changes all the time.

But this pony stuff.. It's like this shows that he's verifiably less sane than he was 4 years ago. I do think that if he sees the new cartoon, he'll learn to like it, but its a looooong way off before it starts. Plenty of time for him to go crazier and crazier. Plus, I'm already starting to see people on twitter feed into it. Will he mace somebody again? No, probably not, that was a pretty specific set of circumstances. But I do think he's entirely capable of doing something as bad or worse.

I disagree. Chris has seemed to have these sort of beliefs for decades now, the big difference is that now he's fine with shouting them publicly instead of keeping it in his head. He's been this way for a long time, even if it's taken different forms. Even going back to Godbear, it's the same sort of concept where Chris is probably fully aware that there was a person voicing the bear, and yet he still cited the Bear next to God and Jesus when talking about his name. His comic in general is wish fulfillment in hoping that the other world he creates is a "good" version of our world, and even when dealing with Mary Lee Walsh he had some outbursts and brought up how Sonichu was real and talking to him.

Chris is way more brazen now, and he's mixing up IPs more than he used to with the CPUS and MLP joining the mix of Sonic and Pokemon, but in the end he's never been able to fully separate fiction and reality inside his mind, he's just more likely to let people know what he thinks now.

Chris actually does sometimes learn from his mistakes, at least a little, when he feels like it. Apparently he doesn't carry anything like Mace anymore because of the memories of the gamestop incident, I wouldn't expect that to ever happen again. He'll keep making mistakes, but likely different ones we wouldn't expect, just like how we didn't expect him to mace anyone at the time. He's always been off, but right now he's more likely to cause online drama than real-life drama.

As long as you can't remove his fanaticism, there's always a possibility he will do something stupid. I mean, look at what happened at TMG. He always takes things way too far.

Well it comes down to the million dollar question: is Chris getting better, worse or the same? Nobody can say he's getting better. The same? I'd argue that consistently making the same mistakes is grounds for him being worse.

Another thing Chris has seemingly learned is to not talk a lot about his autism or use it as an excuse, if you search the words 'autism', or 'autistic' in his Twitter feed, he went for long-ass stretches of time, sometimes even years without using those words, and when he uses them, he mainly uses them in a descriptive manner or for things like Autism Awareness Day or shit like that.

This is the thing, I think Chris had other Anchors in his life previously that kept him more grounded, Back in the golden era he had Bob who was able to keep a lid on things atleast in public but since Bob's not there He's been slowly deviating from reality at an ever accelerating place.

Once people who have special needs who also have a comorbid or even a outright mental health issue on it's own lose that anchor they can go off the rails especially if they have a soft enabler in there life, and I think that's what we are seeing here Chris's slow but definitive spiral of decline starting to be come ever more apparent. Chris has long disliked the real world or at least found it difficult to relate to it that's why he developed an elaborate if derivative fantasy life, it was him trying to define a reality of his own to cope with a world he couldn't or wouldn't understand and the problem as awe all know with "Safe Spaces" is that they can become addictive so much so that you want to expand them Chris uses other media to define that so when that media is likely to fundamentally change he can't cope with it and reacts badly because it says to him on some level that his safe space can't keep on growing in the way that he's defined or imagined.

It's what The Wyze guy's played with him wanting to defend what He's created, and why he was able to be manipulated to preserve it. This reaction to change is just one of the other facets to it but rather than putting him in a preserving roll this sort of thing has him on the defensive it's why one of the things your not supposed to do with some kinds of schizophrenics is to confront them about there reality because they can and do get aggressive in an effort to defend it.

I'm not qualified to diagnose Chris and I doubt that anyone without spending a long time in person with Chris that has multiple honorifics after there name can, but Chris is most certainly mentally ill and the problems are increasing and might have even been present as far back as childhood and because of the distaste of diagnosing Children with mental health issues and the eagerness of the 80's an 90's to slap Autisim on kids with problems they missed it, and what we are seeing now is Chris's main issues coming to the fore and the problems are only going to get worse.

But does he still carry the bat?

It was spotted at Brony Con wasn't it? or was that TMG?

I agree with what you said but the fact that he's more brazen in talking about his beliefs and that he expects people to act upon them suggests to me that he's getting deeper into his delusions. Asking people to help him on the blarms was weird but explainable because of the tism. This is like 4d blarms.

I guess the question is moot (but good for shitposting). The real question is whether Chris is going to act upon his G5 beliefs and if yes, what will he do and where?

The launch of G5 might or might not start before the next bronycon. While I doubt he'll pepper spray anyone I wouldn't put it past him to have some kind of stupid protest there and get humiliated and kicked out. While I'd find it funny if he got kicked out of the last bronycon, I hope for his sake that G5 is launched before bronycon and he has a couple of months to cool down and start liking it.

It's because people used to hold him accountable in the past. Now with autistic lunatics kissing his ass and buying left and right from him, there's no need to make excuses.

I have a strong feeling it will happen at the last Bronycon. I don't care how many autistic weirdos follow him around, something might happen.

See we're all hung up on this being an exact repeat of blarms and ending in an assault. When I say things can go bad for Chris in a way worse than blarms, I mean that Chris could easily end up alienating anybody that has an honest concern for him because he won't leave pony world.

He doesn't have endgames anymore, his brony friends are dispersed around the country for another year, and his twitter ass patters seem to be vanishing too. At some point, if he doesn't cut it out with the sister dimension shit, it's just going to be him and the people that want to fuck with him.

Man, it must really suck to have your entire mental state defined by corporate-driven media franchises.

I remember watching some of the early seasons of MLP and thinking it wasn't terrible for a show based on a toy line. At the same time I could never shake the fact that at the end of the day, the purpose of it was to sell toys. Once the toys are no longer selling, the show has lost its purpose.

You could probably explain the concept of toy marketing and pleasing investors to Chris in the simplest terms possible and he'll still cling to the idea of multiple dimensions blah blah blah.

Gonna state the obvious and second what others have said here, Chris has clearly gotten worse in recent years, and the works of two manipulative fools have only made things even worse for his mental state.

At first I thought this would be like Equestria Girls, where he'd bitch about it at first and then like it once it's released. After all, he was into MLP years before the release of Friendship Is Magic and the whole brony fad.

But now I'm not so sure that is the case. Now I think this will be like Blarms, but only worse and I blame his two manipulators combined with presumably increased social isolation following his ban from The End Games.

Honestly, I could see him having a huge meltdown over the new MLP series at the next Bronycon, which would inevitably result in further humiliation and possibly legal issues depending on how severe the outburst is. Given the fact that Bronycon was one of the few places he still truly feels welcome at, and this could be bad.

The fact that next year's convention is going to be the last one probably hasn't helped his mental and emotional well-being.

Combine that with the after-effects of being exploited and manipulated by teenagers on the internet, delusional thinking, and the difficulty of adapating to change that typically comes with autism, and you have a recipe for disaster.

I'm glad that Null and Marvin are keeping an eye on him so he doesn't get exploited again, but I also think the damage to his mental state is already done. What those two guys did was put extreme strain on a structure that wasn't up to code in the first place.

Agreed, but with one exception: I bet next years bronycon will be like the planet of the apes with all the chimping out going on by his fellow bronys. It's the last event coinciding with the last season of MLP as they know it. I bet those bronys are gonna be off the fucking chain. By Sunday that place will be like the thunderdome..
