How many "Superlawyers" do we know that do what point (5) requests them to do regarding clarification of those titles? I'll guess around none. Low on the latter. Theyd almost certainly lose if they destroyed the messages they sent to cons, because the jury would be instructed to construe that destroyed evidence negatively. They're either going to provide the documents or contest it. They'd be retarded to try anything else.
