I know it'd be hilarious if he got fired or quit because of his exceptional clients, but I honestly think he just asked to have his info taken off the page to try and mitigate people trying to contact him.Casey Erick's link now redirects to a page not found.

That's actually very fair. Statement retracted. That's a plausible explanation, but why delete his entire profile when removing his e-mail address and phone number would suffice? Even doing that is questionable. He still has to do his job and removing all of his contact info would hurt more than help.
Casey Erick's name has also been excised from their EMPLOYMENT and COMMERCIAL LITIGATION pages.

I'm wondering if the female attorney seen lately with him would be taking over possibly? I don't think he would be fired over a bad response, considering it hasn't had any real results yet. If it cost him the case and led to sanctions or something maybe. That initial filing was very bad for sure. Dunno if it was bad enough to be a fireable offense but maybe some lawyers here could weigh in on that. I have to think this is nott he only case he is involved in with the firm, so it could completely unrelated to weeb wars for why he may be gone
Defamation and Tortious Interference are not entwined at all really. The TI claim does not depend on the statements being defamatory. In fact the statements could even be true and still interfere with Vic's contracts. Conspiracy is entwined in the sense that the defendants are alleged to have conspired to interfere. How entwined are the three charges (is charges even the right word in a civil filing?) of Defamation, Tortious Interference, and Civil Conspiracy? Does the TI claim depend on the statements being defamatory for instance?
It's a puzzler. Casey Eric still listed as being with Kessler Collins on his State Bar profile. The three theories I have are (1) Terminated; (2) too much harassment from the Twitter/YouTube Crowd so they removed his name for now; or (3) he's starting his own firm.I don't think he would be fired over a bad response, considering it hasn't had any real results yet. If it cost him the case and led to sanctions or something maybe.

Well, can you imagine having those Soye Sip and Monica as your clients? How utterly painful that would probably be.A better opportunity probably came up for him. He probably had his foot out the door the whole time. Would be funny if working on Moronica's case was the thing that lead him to look for a new job.

Maybe he was so thrilled with the MoRon case that he decided to poach it just for himself and take it with him when he left.
It's certainly one explanation for why he'd file the legal equivalent of a shitpost.
