It's a good thing he isn't. I think Chris would want to talk at the jury, seeing that he hasn't learned anything from his last court appearances.
I have a feeling Chris could read a weens letter advising him to talk to the jury about the collective shift, which Chris would have no hesitation in doing, even with Heilberg's advice not to do so.
Part of me wonders, given how much it had to be explained here just what a Grand Jury did, if Heilburg had to give Chris a lengthy clarification that today was, again, not the Big Day despite the name.
Or if he did the somewhat merciful thing and didn't tell him there was a hearing. At this point I have to believe Chris thinks any hearing might be the one where he gets a release, apology, and large cash stipend for his troubles. His Pavlovians are all fucked up.
