I'm about through my first trimester now so I can confidently say that posting on KiwiFarms has a 100% success rate for solving fertility problems.
I may as well give it a shot, then. I'm going in for my first embryo transfer hopefully in about a month, assuming my cycle cooperates. We've got 13 embryos all of good or very good quality, so fingers crossed.

not infertility but as a chick taking a leap into the 40s what are the odds that all of my eggs are full of autism
Modern research actually attributes autism more to age of the father than age of the mother. Mother's age is more of a concern for chromosomal issues like Down Syndrome (or just complications that lead to miscarriage) which is higher the older you get. On average, 35 is the age where egg quality and quantity begins to drop with women.

It's important to keep in mind though, that you are an individual and not an average. Your eggs could still be perfectly fine, or they could have declined in quality half a decade ago. You won't really know how your fertility is until you start trying.

I will be praying for you that you have a successful procedure. It is amazing you got that many viable embryos.

I was really astonished at how many we got too, especially after looking at what other women were saying on reddit. Apparently though, women with PCOS tend to have much higher egg yields when going in for a retrieval. I had almost 40 oocytes. I'm really glad I got so many, since I'm already nearing 35 and the egg retrieval and recovery was pretty unpleasant for me.
