We infiltrated in a cat torture community on Telegram and one of us just talked to a cat TORTURER wich is trying to sell a LIVE CAT TORTURE for 200€. He is offering frying it, cutting his limbs, hammering it, etc. He tortured his previous cat. Seems like he also tortured more cats previously, as he talks about one time that he cut off the limbs of his cat. We got all the evidence of it in the extended evidence:

The extended evidence has screenshots of his accounts of Discord, Tiktok, Instagram, Paypal, Telegram, and more info about his Telegram account. His accounts are linked between them, his Tiktok account has the same ID as his Discord account, and his Tiktok has a direct link to his instagram account.
We got his PAYPAL information, he is called ROLLIEBANDS in paypal.

He is called Mohamad Aldous (that´s his real name in his Paypal account).
He lives either in Netherlands or in Germany.
- WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Report it to the GERMAN police online through this link:
https://portal.onlinewache.polizei.de/de/ and use chatgpt to write everything what´s happening in German. Tell them it´s an emergency because the cat´s can be tortured in a matter of days or hours. Tell them they need to force Paypal to give them the torturer´s personal info, as only Paypal has his personal info, and tell them Paypal refuses to alert the authorities about this crime that is taking place. Tell them that Paypal refuses to colaborate with the police even in this extreme and critical situation. We have talked with Paypal and they refuse to colaborate.
2. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NEXT:
Although Paypal told us that they can´t colaborate without a court order, we need to keep the pressure on them, because their own policies dictates that they have to report to the authorities as long as they have evidence of "suspected illegal activity, so report his account to Paypal, if you can call Paypal too would be great. The more reports the better, tell them to please call local Police Department and any relevant animal rescue organistion to rescue the kittens. We need URGENT ACTION from Paypal to report him to the authorities. This EXTREME CAT TORTURE can be still stopped from happening, but INMEDIATE ACTION from PAYPAL is required. WE NEED PAYPAL TO GATHER HIS INFO AND REPORT HIM TO THE AUTHORITIES.

Tell them everything what´s happenning, and tell them the paypal account of the torturer. Tell them that immediate action is required, and they have to call the local police near that person to resque the kittens. The cats may be tortured in a few hours or few daya. Paypal is the only one with the personal info about him.
