I've recently learned about "Honorius". A Western Roman Emperor that basically sat around and did fucking nothing as his empire burned all around his swampy refuge. Supposedly, there was a funny little exchange that exemplified his incompetency. And it all revolved around a chicken he named after Rome.

Rome had shit emperors before like Caligula (not as bad as made out), Nero, Commodus, Elagalabus, Didius Julianus but they all had fairly short reigns. Honorius managed from 393 (9 years old) to 423 so he had a good 30 years to fuck everything up including but not limited to: killing his best general because some senator said so, killing the families of most of his army, wondering why said soldiers then proceed to join his enemies, ignoring the sack of Rome thinking his favorite chicken had died, forbade men from wearing trousers and banned gladiatorial games. His entire reign was a single gigantic clusterfuck of retardation.

Argentine Presidents are almost always lolcows, especially any Peronists. Most notably:
  • Perón had a 14 year old lover, managed to piss off every social group possible, and reportedly was afraid of tall MP when he got old and frail, so in his third presidency they avoided the draft. Also hired Otto Skorzeny as a bodyguard.
  • Menem was a playboy, is seen as an omen of bad luck from the sheer number of bad things to happen to people who came in contact with him, and had a fair amount of retarded quotes, like when he thought we would soon have space shuttles to travel to Japan or another planet.

She reminds me a lot of Jacinda Ardern. Another attractive, far-left, sheltered, millennial politician who everyone celebrates because she’s so “oppressed”.

White liberals are so obnoxious and hilariously out of touch with the people they virtue signal for. Most Africans and Arabs don’t support feminism or gay rights and practice FGM on a daily basis. But white liberals never do any research as they are so blinded by their obsession with how oppressed Africans and Arabs are.

It’s proof that even becoming a leader and seeing the dark parts of your country or other countries doesn’t change these self-flagellators.
 
I would suggest Jair Bolsonaro but there'd be no reason to start a thread about him because you can just read Trump's thread and remember that everything Trump does, Bolsonaro does about a week later. They're even both in exile in Florida now.
 
Some I've thought up from both Koreas:

-Park Chung-hee was scared shitless of color televisions apparently out of fear that this would encourage anti-government practices (???). This is why South Korea was manufacturing color sets for exporting as early as 1977, but did not officially use the technology themselves until 1980, which is relatively late compared to the rest of the world. For comparison, Japan adopted color television in 1960, and North Korea adopted color television in 1974.

-Turkmenistan isn't the only country to rename things in order to reinforce a cult of personality. County names were changed in North Korea to the names of Kim Il-sung's relatives. Huchang county was renamed to Kimhyongjik (his father) county in 1988, and Pungsan was renamed to Kimhyonggwon (his uncle) county in 1990.

-Chun Doo-hwan, instigator of the 12.12 coup d'etat and South Korea's last military dictator, was summoned to court relatively recently for spreading misinformation about the Gwangju Uprising (of which he caused). He claimed to only have "270 thousand won" in his bank account and failed to pay court fees and fines, but then it was revealed that he had a full course meal with fellow compatriots and family friends just weeks prior. He died not long after at the age of 90, reflecting a Korean proverb "The more you get insulted, the longer you live".

The government of Thailand has been criticized for its response to sex trafficking. The identification of sex trafficked persons is limited and there is a low rate of prosecutions and convictions of perpetrators.
