World Leaders who are Lolcows

I'm honestly wondering what world leaders are lolcows or behave similar to lolcows. I've brought up the President of Turkmenistan who's done some weird shit like doing donuts around the Darvasa gas crater to deboonk conspiracies about him being dead, naming months of the year after himself and his family, and his father who put up gold statues of himself but I'm not sure if his behavior is necessarily lolcow territory but he comes close. Donald Trump has been described as the Presidential equivalent to Chris Chan and he's got his own thread already. But other than Trump and Berdimuhamedov, I don't know what other leaders who'd qualify as lolcow.
