Eating a salad every day is one of the easiest ways to level up your health stat. You can just do what I do and blend an entire bag of spinach or green cabbage, ice, and a banana or some frozen fruit, and then microwave it and chug it. Goes down in 2 minutes. Also you can add low fat cottage cheese or even whey/soy for higher protein.
Also buy a salad spinner, you can make a 1lb bag of spinach last three weeks instead of two days by spinning the water out of it.
