Hello! I take Whey Protien straight after a training session and then take Caesin at night right before I sleep.Anyone take caesin? I am working on figuring out a digestive health issue and just got casein powder to rule it out. Have you had any negative or different effects compared to whey aside from, allegedly, slower gains? Do any of you use it as a meal replacement?
Have never had any negative/different effects, though there are reports that it does interrupt some peoples sleeping. The slow release has helped me not wake up starving and wanting to devour my entire kitchen.
