you faggots want to lift or look at women asses? are you monkeys or men? women need to lift pans and pots to make dinner for their families, not dress up like cheep whores to go to a place where they don't belong

He's absolutely right, anyone who purports to not care obviously doesn't go the gym because the last time I went to the gym it took me a maybe a week, and I was wishing I was living under Sharia Law with completely segregated gyms.

For every girl in the gym actually doing something I saw 3 hoes in makeup and ridiculous ass and tits falling out type outfits taking up benches, squat racks and cable machines to do shit they could do at home with body weight, they may as well have been doing towel rows, but of course they don't do it to actually achieve anything, they do it to peacock and advertise how fuckable they theoretically are.

I hate women (in the gym) so much its unreal.

A bunch of high schoolers have taken over the nearest gym because the owner is completely checked out, and I'd rather have the power rack occupied by a 23 year old taking 45 minutes to do hip thrusts in just a sports bra than a mob of 17 year olds all surrounding one 110lb kid who goes completely horizontal somehow doing zercher squats with 25s on the bar.

hello would anyone have advice for a true and honest woman about how to lift
read the leangains method and be enlightened, he goes over everything you'd want to know and then some.
intermitting fasting + low fat, low carb, high protein diet + strength training with barbell and free weights and you can be athena within 3-4 months if you're consistent and dedicated

This at least sounds good for a laugh
It is, but then you start to wonder how long it is until it gets shut down because of some spiritually brown kid who's convinced every fighter in the UFC makes $20 million a year and gets one of the younger, dumber, and more spiritually brown kids he's "training" seriously fucked up. In my day you learned how to do tricep extensions from a weird uncle with a bunch of Nautilus machines and dumbbells in his basement.

anyways, i've managed to fix my bar (thank God for nail polish remover), and loading up on tons of electrolyte water, having less caffiene, and prayer has helped me regain nervous stability.
i can now lift roughly the same as i could before all the stupid.

we are so HECKING back bruh

low fat, low carb, high protein diet
I'm so sick of this protein trend where everyone believes it's the miracle nutrient. This shit is why we have fucking protein Cheerios and protein Doritos lmao. Carbohydrates are the energy that fuels muscle training. Muscles are 70+% water, carbohydrates (specifically glycogen) bonds water in the muscle. Low carb diets have a diuretic effect specifically because you're depleting the glycogen stores in the muscle and the water that used to be chemically bonded is now being drained, leaving muscles deflated and without the necessary fuel to exert themselves. Damn near everyone in the fitness industry is taking steroids to market their snake oil, and Martin Berkhan probably is too.

The first thing I'd say is that I very much doubt most lifters are actually lifting with the intensity or frequency that would require anything more than simply increasing the portion sizes of the protein they eat with their meals each day. I think a lot of it is a psychological thing. People that are casual lifters feel more part of it if they are drinking the shakes, eating protein cheerios ( lol ) etc.
It is easily possible to be in the 1,000lb club naturally and just with a good diet, hyrdation, sleep and a reasonable dedication to training. I really don't think that it would require dietry supplements or drugs. Obviously one's own genetics will play a part.
I suppose the one thing about protein is that it isn't really harmful in itself. Obviously eating more might put a little more strain on the internal organs, but by and large any excess protein that the body isn't using for muscle synthesis, etc is only going to be flushed away.
Finally, so far as I'm aware, not all sources of protein are equal. I doubt protein Doritos ( I still can't get over that one ) are going to have the same muscle building nutrients pro rata as say a grass fed beef steak ( complete amino acid profile and high bioavailability ).

Thank you all for your advice, I appreciate it. I will be returning I'm sure when I have questions.

has anyone found that creatine is actually helpful?
What was the leangains thing, and why was it not approved of?

bringing a bigger water bottle to the gym, of all fuckin' things, was a big breakthrough for me for this reason. Being able to chug a lot of water without running over to the fountain between every set is useful.

yes
What was the leangains thing,
it means that you should gain little weight when you are bulking (eating more calories than you burn). It's a good practice if annoying to keep track of
it's contrasted with the dirty bulk where you just eat and eat calories be damned you just wanna gain weight. Which can be good too if you don't go too over board
at any rate you should have some weight goal in mind and stick there for a time before you set a different weight goal
this is all in a context of bulking and not cutting btw that's a different process

Its just marketing, brands spend virtually nothing to throw some soy protein into their recipe and they can write PROTEIN CHIPS and meathead retards who can't into macros will buy it.

My gripe is that all the protein dairy products I want to buy at my local Lidl all have fucking artificial sweeteners in them and fuck with my digestion. The macros are decent for what they are, but I can't use them daily or my shit logs become rock hard and tar black.

Creatine is the most well researched supplement on earth. It works. A neat side effect is it makes you appear slightly more muscular straight away as it causes more water retention in your muscle fibers.
