The Knight feels a lot less threatening of an antagonist if after the big chapter that's all about how the dark worlds are no longer a cutesy fun fantasy adventure, the chapter regresses into a cutesy unfun fantasy adventure where the knight just shows up, kidnaps Asgore, and smacks away Flowery, which has no effect to me because that's just a repeat of what it did 2 chapters ago. Based on the pacing of the chapters, there's WAY too much lore on the game's plate to satisfiably cover by the time we make it to chatper 7, and that includes the motives, abilities, and origins of the game's MAIN ANTAGONIST.
(Speaking of Flowery, I thought for sure some of the lines in the beginning implied he and Ralsei had a past, but if they only just met shortly before Kris and Susie met him, then I don't know HOW he could have made as bad as an impression that Ralsei's willing to trample over the puzzles and step over spikes just so Susie isn't alone with him compared to characters like Queen and Tenna.)
