Are Midgets consider manlet?

My fucking Twin Peaks waifu married a fat fucking spineless manlet.
Fuck
not gonna lie, when this happened, I might have gone into a slight autistic rage in the chat for the stream I was watching. She was always my (no homo) waifu too.

That said, probably the weakest episode so far. The first half was interesting with plot development, but the second half completely lost me. Some thoughts:
- Well at least we have Audrey now. Even though I was salty over her marrying a manlet midget, I do like her being completely fucked up and bitchy. If anything, the scene was just so frustrating, like walking in to a convo half-way through and then trying to make sense of what they were talking about. I hope this isn't the last time we see her though.
- interesting that Truman goes to Ben to tell him Richard killed that kid. it makes the scene with Audrey even more confusing. we do know now at least that Richard's father didn't stick around (though interestingly Ben doesn't say if they know who the dad is or not).
- Big Ed is iirc the last of the main cast we haven't seen yet (and who was confirmed to show up).
- that 10 seconds of Dougie made me miss his scenes so much. it was funny reading comments afterwards from people who usually didn't like him suddenly wishing he came back.
- those two times the FWWM music kicked in was hype as fuck.
- wonder what is going on with Sarah Palmer. she knew about the the room above the convenience store (or something about it) and was freaked out when she saw changes of produce (the jerky) in the store. and when Hawk visited her later, there was some weirs shit in the other room. she has always been tuned in to the Lodge and otherwordly shit, but it seemed very off somehow, like she knew something bad was happening. also the creepy fan was still creepy.
- Diane coming through the red curtains to join Gordon and co. Very nice imegry, but it's interesting she chose to say "Let's rock" and that the FWWM music started playing. makes me think she really is in some deep shit.
- the scene with the french woman might have been just Lynch fucking with us, but it seemed very similar to the scene in FWWM where Gordon was showing Stanley and Desmond Lil and telling them all the coded shit.
- also Jeffries and Chet mentioned, I am still sad neither of them will be in the show.
- all in all, it wasn't a good episode for people who still haven't watched FWWM, several references to that.
I'm suprised people think this episode somehow runed the rest of the show. Like yeah, it was poor, but I have no doubt the rest will be better and in any case it's not gonna ruin my enjoyment of it.

To be honest I might have had a slight shitfit about Audrey too.
It definitely was the weakest episode so far and I'd personally give it around a 3-4 out of 10. It had a lot of interesting shit in it, but I feel that it was dragged down a lot by other shit.
I'm going to actually defend people who say that this episode ruined the rest of the show for a moment because I can kind of see why people might be feeling that.
This season of Twin Peaks has constantly been introducing new plotlines for new characters we know nothing about. The last 2-3 episodes have wonderfully tied stuff together in a beautiful way, but there's still a lot of stuff that needs to be wrapped up. Lynch/Frost keep introducing new shit though. There's this whole new shit going on with Audrey that (I think this is safe to say) nobody knows what the fuck is going on there, Sarah comes back and acts very very weird (beautiful scenes with her, but still adding more onto the pile), and then we have these literally who characters at the Roadhouse talking about other literally who characters. There are 6 episodes left and the show so far has felt like its been jerking around the audience with its one-step-forward-two-steps-back storytelling.
Now, Lynch/Frost could do some really really cool tie ins like he did with South Dakota and Cooper/Briggs with these new plot lines and I don't doubt that he can pull of shit like that. But really I can't blame people for feeling that some of these scenes might be going nowhere considering the amount of episodes left and the incredible amount of stories that are unsolved so far. Rumors of a Season 4 kinda make me feel more hopeful, but yeah I can totally see where peoples frustrations are coming from.

I guess I can see your point, but I feel like 6 episodes is enough to finish things off (as much as Lynch wants to tie it all up ofc). Maybe it's because, aside from this episode, the pace has been fairly steady and some plots have ended intertwining. Also, I've always kept in mind that the show was filmed as a 18 hour movie, and now that we're 2/3 of the way through and (hopefully) have introduced and developed all the main players things (meaning the various plots threads) will move at a much faster pace. Or maybe not, it is still Lynch we're talking about, but in any case, I don't doubt he'll make it work somehow.

I know the season 4 rumor has been thrown around several times, but I doubt Lynch and Frost are counting on that. If they had then I don't see why Lynch pressured Showtime to allow him to make 18 episodes instead of the 8 or 9 they originally wanted. To fuck with them and make something as far away from the mainstream as possible AND have someone else pay for it? Maybe, but Lynch isn't that callous.

When Sarah goes "I don't feel good", especially the second time, it really reasonated with me. It's like "I get that" Felt pretty real to me.

10 seconds in and already its pure art
DougieCoop is amazing. I love everything about Dougie. Dougie is love, Dougie is life. Fuck Audrey, Dougie is my dougfu
Bobby and Big Ed are cucks this is terrible
Nadine is uncucked and shoveled herself out of the shit. My God what is Lynch doing

Who asked to see James perform his song?

Big Ed went to the Barber and asked to get that David Lynch hair cut.
Just You and I was legitimately the best part of the episode aside from the DougieTrain. I was dying, that was the one of the funniest surprises.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THE ROADHOUSE IS PROUD TO PRESENT,
JAMES HURLEY
the entire fucking chat for the stream died. It was glorious. 10/10 episode for that alone.
- Conga line at the office was great. A really funny sequence. The Mitchum bros loving the shit outta Dougie is one of the best parts of the show, you could've just written them as your typical rich assholes, but this is much better.
- Oh man, fucking dandruff saved Dougie's life. I love him so much, I know we want Cooper back, but I never want Dougie to leave as well.
- The cops just laughing off the result of the fingerprint results and throwing the paper away, lel. And to think, a ton of people thought something more would come of it, like a big showdown and shootout. NOPE, him being an ex FBI agent who recently escaped from prison is silly, just laugh it away.
- One of the best scenes (imo) was with doppelcoop taking down that gang guy. It was so well paced, tense and offered a lot of plot theories. We still know doppelcoop is strong on his own, he seemed very suprised by either the realisation BOB isn't with him anymore or Jeffries knowing about him not being with anymore, the Owl Cave ring was with Ray and he was supposed to put it on doppelcoop after he killed him (which makes me wonder, it's obvious Jeffries or someone claiming to be him is not the good guy in this situation since it seems they want to join with BOB, but they're also very willing to get of doppelcoop using a ring belonging to MIKE/the tree formerly known as the man from another place. what is going on with that?), doppelcoop now has the coordinates he was looking for and finally, Richard will maybe join with him or at least meet with him, so curious to see how that goes. also F Ray, I liked your character
-what the hell is up with Audrey? she seemed more confused this episode and didn't even know how to go to the Roadhouse. she also randomly brought up Ghostwood, an original series plotpoint I completely forgot about and then got all melancholy and finally teary about something??? I'm guessing the coma she was in didn't affect her well (which makes sense, your brain suffers greatly under it).
- poor Sarah, it's so depressing watching her and seeing how sad her life is. the main thing from her scene though is the repetition of the boxing scene. over and over again, plus she herself repeated her actions too. it goes along with the theory that Twin Peaks is suffering some sort of lodge fuckery.
- Finally, we get the last of the main cast in Big Ed! but oh, Nadine is hot for Jacoby and Norma is hot for that Walter guy. poor Ed can't catch a break. his final scene right before and during the credits was very interesting. many people noticed his reflection was repeating actions he had done a few seconds earlier. now, it could be just some editing error or something else, but it seemed to linger on it for far too long and we've already had so many scenes with actions repeating themselves. so I'm guessing it's intentional. did Ed then realise that? he also burned a piece of paper for no reason. might be nothing, but it seemed such an odd thing to do. I feel like all that shows some heavy shit with possibly the hobo woodsmen is going to go down in Twin Peaks very soon.
Apparently, the German Sky (iirc) channel showed episode 14 and had it up for 5-7 hours before it was taken down. Germans being Germans (and probably not wanting to deal with their shitty and harsh copyright laws) did not leak the episode, but there were a ton of shit about the episode flying around already. I've seen a screenshot posted on /tv/ and some guy on reddit was giving plot details.

I got bad vibes from manlet midget man. He seemed to be almost toying with Audrey as she lost more and more control. He seemed less pathetic this episode and a lot weirder.
I really wonder what circumstances brought them together

I think Charlie is Audry's therapist. She was in a deadly explosion and raped by Dirty Cooper.
Also, Germany, wheres the torrent?

Wheres the true MVP of Twin Peaks, Jumping Man?

What happened to Mrs Tremond and Pierre Tremond and Annie?

Theres something really offputting about his tone and manner. I dont like the way he seems to be manipulating Audrey for his own ends

That was one hell of an episode.

  • Janey-E and Diane are Half-Sisters. Outta fucking nowhere. Also Janey-E's first name is Jane.
  • FBI is getting closer to Coop and know there's two of them.
  • Andy meets The Giant (aka the Fireman) in the lodge.
  • Strange Girl (experiment) comes out of the lodge (White Lodge?).
  • James works security at the Great Northern.
  • James' co-worker, Freddie, has a hulk hand thanks to the Giant.
  • The Lodges work internationally (Freddie is British)
  • Audrey is in the real world. Last scene with Literally Whoes talk about Billy and Tina.
  • Chad gets fucking arrested and has to deal with the Experiment and Drunk Guy (who I though was from the lodge) chimp out, ala that scene from the Pilot with James, Bobby, and Mike. What a punishment. I love it.
  • Sarah Palmer, well a side of her, fucking eats a dude. That girl from New Mexico is probably Sarah.
  • Thinking about it, that drunk guy might actually be Billy. No one's seen him for a few days and that guy was bleeding like a fountain.
