😵‍💫 Skitzocow Stephen William Lafleur / henstepl / Thisismyrofl / Elecbullet - Schizophrenic Arsonist Who Hates Soda

Most of my coprolalia is so mild and frankly quiet that I've had to broaden the definition to find Florians who can identify. But the spontaneous emergence of "words from the mouth that you didn't choose to speak" is ALARMING and SURREAL enough that it alone will compel you to seek psychiatric care when it begins at age 19.

I do not have "episodes" of Tourettes. I get abduction (heavy breathing with severe confusion) and adduction (loss of psychopathy). If I wrote the book for schizophrenics, I would title it "How To Think Clearly And Act Less Weird" because those are the problems that I face and that schizophrenics face. It's acting weird that gets me banned from places, and I act less weird if I ignore the doctors' prescriptions and follow my own stack.

I am aware of body language in types other than O. But the adeptness malvolition of Type B will make you act weird in its own right.

This answer actually makes it less intelligible that you would have been banned from a psychiatrist/psychologist's office, rather than offering an explanation. It makes me believe that you are purposefully censoring your story.

What, precisely, do you say when words come from the mouth that you didn't choose to speak? Just an example would be informative. Are they random, meaningless words? Angry words? Threatening words?

Define 'acting weird.' Do you fidget? Pace? Stare at people without blinking? Have words come out of your mouth that put other people in fear for their safety?

The reactions you are describing that people have to you are the reactions of people in imminent fear for their safety. Muttering nonsense under one's breath wouldn't catalyze those reactions.

Since acting weird occurs more when you are on medication, were you already medicated when you went to see the doctors who banned you? Were they the ones who prescribed the medicine? If not, why did you not go back to the doctor who originally issued your prescription?

Hello @Pope of Degeneracy I have written you some answers.

1) I would not guess Depakote to be helpful. Abilify I tried years ago, Thorazine as I understand it is similar. I take haloperidol strategically, not for psychosis, but to create an agreeable Type B state that can watch TV. Since I've decided it's serotonin OR dopamine that I need, it's typical rather than atypical antipsychotics that I would take.

2) I intentionally gave myself alcohol hangovers for years until the first of this year. The secret of the "hangover effect" for those who experience it is that alcohol hangovers force your brain to run on adrenaline and serotonin, and:

3) Adrenaline and serotonin, with choline and dopamine reduced, makes you a psychopath. Piercing gaze and upperface affect, charming, controlled and physically adept, carbonation grimace, and absolutely not abusable. This state (Type A/b) occurs EVERY NIGHT because there is a burst of serotonin that occurs at night, and it gets VERY ANGRY at all the times we have been abused in the daytime.

I don't know if your friend can be described as a psychopath, or to have psychopathic traits. I don't know if he has upperface or lowerface affect. But the linking of psychopathy with adrenaline and serotonin is sensible and important if true.

What is it that people do to abuse you when you are in a chemically unbalanced state? Who are the people who abused you?

what does he mean when he says teddy?
Woman
There was a time when I considered starting compilation of a bullet list of everything expressed in men over its expression in women. I'd actually wanted to give everything a neologistic name. The idea would be that this would become the reference for masculinity, which every man would buy and leave on their coffee tables to never read. It'd be a pretty cool way to use neologism to get rich.
You seem like an indulged egomaniac, not insane. Instead of seeing the circumscription, vanity, and reductivist nature inherent to all mental diagnoses, you invent more, and even then it must be in your own language. The value of a language is to communicate clearly. You should go back to school if you are genuinely interested in medicine. You said you learned almost everything you know from Wikipedia - that is not a good source for anything, much less an extremely exacting and technical subject.

I bet if you checked the yard of his childhood home, where he probably still lives, there would be a bunch of small graves with tiny skeletons in them.

Or a shed with rodent corpses vivisected and pinned out on the walls, and a pyramid of small grey-pink globes stacked up along a corner of the room with the words "BUNNY BRAIN CORNER" written in rabbit blood on the wall beside them.

Hey, all right, I hear you. I will address all your concerns in the best way I can before too long, but I've passed through the psychopathy void for this night, and I've already taken sleepy guanfacine.

Tomorrow will be a Type B day. I will be a very different person.

Never seen a new kiwi fly so high in all my years on the farms. You’re truly a legend @henstepl

Have these primarily been therapists affiliated with colleges? On campus doctors?

In the instances where you were banned, was it because you were actively experiencing a Tourettes episode at the office? Was the prohibitive behavior largely an issue of volume, or were you saying specific words that caused the teddies distress? Were there other behaviors that you engaged in prior to being refused treatment that could have been part of the doctor's motivation?

Are you aware of your body language? Do you feel like you are usually able to elicit the response you expect from people based on your body language?

What you wrote made it seem like you were unable to communicate precisely about your issue in the presence of the doctors. Have you brought in your writings and had them read them? I would suggest printing out all your posts from this thread and bringing them in to have a psychiatric evaluation. Also, you should write down the thoughts that you have that you haven't communicated publicly due to your worry about the reactions you might receive, or how those thoughts could make the doctors feel. If you aren't providing complete information to the doctors, then they aren't going to be able to provide an accurate diagnosis, no matter how much you want it, or how much you feel entitled to one.

All right. I have gone back and slightly edited the original bullet list. But I elaborated it like an unapologetic Type A, so now I will go into detail about what went wrong.

  1. Substance Abuse Disorder + Tourette Syndrome and receptionist instructed to send me to addict house Earliest diagnosis from the earliest emergence of alarming coprolalia. I went back years later for a high-level referral. What went wrong is I gave the receptionist my name because I'd called myself a psychopath and she was scared. Rather than come back and face the doctor, the doctor got to decide in absentia I would be telephoned: just an addict.
  2. Tourette Syndrome, just an early diagnosis back when I was more alarmed by coprolalia.
  3. Tourette Syndrome and called campus security to ban me I became angry at the refusal of referral above nurse practitioner level and found her University email and began sending her angry emails. I didn't threaten her, but you know how I write.
  4. (Adderall farm) Refused treatment for citing sources and correcting doctor on Adderall XR dosing (I don't use Adderall anymore) This was an unfortunate occurrence when I was using Adderall, but my information was correct.
  5. Receptionist instructed to lie that the doctor has retired, after 0 appointments I probably mentioned that I didn't agree with what prior doctors had said, and this didn't interpret well in my absence.
  6. "I think you need to see a psych-i-a-trist, not a psychologist." Tried going in while unmedicated, was billed twice for unpointing recusal. Jesus, there was a moment when the doctor walked up as if he was about to tell her I didn't have to pay for the unpointing recusal, and then he walked away. Jesus Christ I hate him.
  7. Receptionist instructed to cry and call to beg me to go to hospital instead for, presumably, haloperidol I'd just decided I had to hangover for every appointment, and filled an intake form to say that I "had a psychopath in my head".
  8. Receptionist instructed to lie that therapy schedules full, after 1 appointment I'd asked for the psychologist but got directed to the therapist by the receptionist. I dissociated in appointment, became angry when I later psychopathized, and left instructions on the door of the facility.
  9. Receptionist directed me to ER and closed glass window Since admitting your psychopathy doesn't work while not a psychopath, I hangovered myself to become a psychopath. I did not say it in any threatening way, simply a truthful way, and I was turned away.
  10. Refused referral at ER, chased out by four police Not sure if I dissociated, but I literally overheated until my mouth clicked from dryness, in trying to avoid a $3000 bill for no high-level referral. Had to sit down, felt better, wrote something on paper, police threw my paper in the trash and I called one of them piece of shit faggot. I think I scared the police, and it's quite pleasurable to remember. I was still hangovered.
  11. Called campus security to ban me Having just discovered Sudafed PE, I became depressed and went to my old university counseling services. They declined to point me anywhere. I tried calling the police on myself but this only alarmed everyone, got nothing done except a campus ban. Acting weird due to unmedicated state.
  12. Asperger Syndrome Refused accommodation of "two men in the room" after three requests, dissociated in spite of hangover, forced to stutter to admit psychopathy. Refused referral above nurse practitioner level. Interesting for producing the AB-contested state of all my AB-contested states.
  13. Ran from the room and sent girls to refer me to the psych ward Was not hangovered, only wanted to take Sudafed PE in front of her face so I could un-dissociate and discuss my encephalitis concerns. I'd invited a guard into the room.
  14. (Psych Ward) Personality Disorder Not Otherwise Specified, and Aleve is a placebo though we won't watch you take it This conclusion wouldn't have held up in court. Also a sizable insurance scandal.
  15. "Delusion Disorder/Alcohol" referring to encephalitis Simply unfortunate insurance scandal, but I wish someone had had a non-trivial discussion of encephalitis with me.
  16. (Called mother and told her I was an addict) This was my family doctor who had sourced me neurosurgeon referral. I guess he heard back from her. Simply unfortunate.
  17. (Psych Ward) Psychotic Disorder/Personality Disorder Not Otherwise Specified I became terrified of more insurance scandals, decided to try for a room with a doctor and a judge at the same time, but this only got me dragged by police to hospital. I dissociated in the ER because it is a receptionry, and the initial consequential interview for the Big Reason I Was There became badly informed. I informed the doctor of the glutamate deficiency and he just didn't want to talk about it.
  18. "I don't think you have anything to apologize for." He just didn't care and didn't point me anywhere to get a diagnosis.

I obviously go on about the mobilizations of girls, and you can see those, but I've separately said that scary men have much to fear from receptionries (places where decisions are made by or on behalf of men not in the room) and I later discovered unscoldingries (places where unscoldable men can make decisions that wouldn't hold up in court).

I would describe 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 17 as failings due to receptionries, because the ER is a receptionry and the ward is a receptionry. I increasingly took measures to get around the receptionry, only to find at its end unscoldable men billing me to profess plain disinterest to my face.

I know you are inclined to read malicious appearances from some of these, but in instances such as 9 I'm guilty of nothing more than making barefaced claims with a calm face while psychopathic. A number of occurrences and dissociations have led me to desire the presence of police in the room at doctors' appointments. Big-Fucking-Deal psychiatry.

And somebody that can scold a doctor when the doctor is billing you money to not care, because sometimes it's a matter of public safety that men remain unpsychiatried.

The first words were "stop", and "I fucked up", and now it's things like "I hate my family", "dying", "I want to die", among others, and many repetitions of pleasant interactions from my past. It's more often than not simply muttered if I'm around people, to the extent others probably won't know what I said (but the way these things work, you yourself always know).

You're making a big deal about the coprolalia when it's frankly not a big deal, even though it was alarming when it first started and drove me to doctors in the first place. Now it's mostly just a relic of my developing interpretation of AB-conference, and an indicator that the daily O-void has ended.

Yes, I pace when I'm acting weird, and I am incredibly dopey. I have a bad habit of acting weirdly, then apologizing weirdly, but it's difficult not to apologize when you come out of a zero-intelligence void (and you almost certainly cannot fathom what it means to have zero intelligence). The difference between me at my best and my worst is: the most intelligent man in the room, or the dumbest.

I go to meticulous ends to prepare my brain for any psychiatric event, to the end that I've hangovered myself in Walmart parking lots several times. Often it's insufficient, and the times that I expose doctors to Type B, even at the best of Type B, I end up dissociating and being billed for no progress "and I'll see you in two or three weeks".
