Very good question. I don’t think anyone can know for sure, but I’d be willing to speculate. For the last ~3 years Tom has been milking Perry without the Big 3 (Don, Mole + Jimmy Kimmel) and it’s become a bit of a cash cow. I think we are going to see something where Don and Co. get some of theirs back. I have no idea what this would involve, though manipulating Perry isn’t hard at all. I think Tom is probably being given $$ to come to an arrangement. This could mean a lot of things, but getting Mole involved (as he was on Friday) is an immediate benefit. Something is going to happen, no idea what.

Edit: I would guess that the PCL New Years Stream might have some surprises.

I've been pining for a return of the Big 3 but I can't imagine how awkward it would be with Tom still in the picture.

I feel like that would seriously alienate a large chunk of the core Big 3 fanbase who dislikes Tom (probably close to 90% at this point). And the rest of the PCL fanbase doesn't like Don at all, and isn't super into Mole either (the early PCL interactions with Don and Mole were awkward). I was largely turned off to see Mole involved in PCL with Tom in the picture this past week (admittedly I haven't watched yet, just the idea of it). I'm close to a day 1 fan of Big 3 podcast era, and I'm all for a Big 3 reunion, but I'd be 100% out of Tom is still involved. I imagine a lot of other folks would too.

Listening to the Friday stream, there’s some noise that I believe refers to what happened last Thursday during the 20th WCH Reunion. It sounds like they are planning a 2nd movie (though there was no mention today of WCH or any of the players). They plan to start shooting in the spring depending on the SAG/AFTRA strike being settled.

Tom and Perry obviously were given money to fix some of the broken bridges. I would guess that if this gets mad it will be Direct to Streaming tv. Obviously Jimmy Kimmel is the big producer for this (he’s the only one who can afford to throw money at a project like this).

This wouldn’t be a standard sequel. They’re talking about doing a Western/Period Piece, I’m guessing Gina Caranno would be Perry’s love interest. WCH was essentially a movie about making a movie. I would see this as a movie about making a sequel movie with as many of the actors from the original as possible. I don’t know how it would work, but there seems to be some kind of buzz in the air, though I might be making assumptions.

I will say this: I live in LA and I know lots of people in the Business, most of them are working union gigs (writers, actors, directors, grips, all the way down to craft services) and they ALL got fucked by Covid and the writers’ strike. I KNOW that they want work and this kind of project would be a simple way to get people back in their gigs for a month or so of work. Kimmel could make it happen if he wanted to.

Sorry I made you feel that way, for what it's worth.
I've been consistently against the alleged treatment of clip channels.
Sadly with these ridiculous guidelines it's gone from alleged to official.
At this point we're on the same page. No more negratings. Support is done.

It's missing the first couple of minutes. The video was about 20 minutes and it opened with Perry going over to Don saying "You owe me!" and Don hands money to Perry. Mole asks Don what he gave Perry and he goes "Money." Then we get a creepy shot of the Tony Hawk guy acting as Perry's handler and overseeing all of this.
