that was pretty much the case with DSP. Perry frequently explodes screaming about gay shit, has yelled out faggot multiple times (yeah tom hits the kill switch on those occasions), and no one cares lol.

I know I'm preaching to the choir here but I finally got around to watching some special features of windy city heat. You can really see the twinkle in this retards eye when he watches what he helped create, it's a nice moment. It's really sad that in his old age he's being abused by some fat faggot with a penchant for sodomy. I can only hope this situation ends in a murder suicide, and anyone that gave this freak money, be cursed.

They have the latest one up seemingly in full on their Instagram. It reads very much as if he was coached by proxy - in that Tom got a hold of his cousin Mark and talked him into coaxing Perry. Mark either gets a cut, or at the very least, is interested in Perry having enough cash that he won't have to potentially support him.

The Dirk part seems sketchy too, I feel like someone created a fake Dirk account somewhere to talk to Perry. It doesn't seem like Dirk gives two shits about PCL.

Mark is perry's accountant and does his taxes he probably gets a few percent of the stream
 
For someone who gets upset about Perry "wasting time" getting up to piss every 30 minutes, Tom sure does love spending over an hour of every stream scolding Perry about being unappreciative. These streams have been absolute dogshit.

Tom has to understand people watch the stream only to see Perry rage and go insane, right? Yet he keeps trying to make Perry docile and obedient.

I wouldn't be surprised if he did something violent again.
Let's not forget that he choked his first wife in front of their daughter for putting pasta-sauce into a pan instead of a pot, bit Don's arm (breaking the skin) in a heated argument in his car and all the other assorted situations he found himself in when he blew his top.
Back in the Big 3 Days he had a wrangler (Don Barris) who would hold him down when he started swinging, but now he's off the leash.
If anyone wants to relive the glory days of Perry, I highly recommend the Big 3 Podcast.
It's essentially like a serialized version of Windy City Heat where Don and Mole create the most ridiculous situations (with the help of actual celebrities at times) to mess with Perry.

Couple notes:
Perry is not incontenent He has basically an "emotional support water bottle" and whenever he gets upset he takes massive sips from it.
This would result in multiple piss breaks, so they decided on the diaper solution.
Perry (allegedly) receives the majority of all stream contributions, including all subs, superchats, tts tips, and stunt offers. This is enough to pay his bills and build a retirement fund.
Tom takes the Patreon money, and tips specifically addressed as "Tom's tips", which are messages read out loud. These are split between Tom and the moderators, "Tony Hawk", Joey Baggs aka "Jim", and Garrett.
