Without necessarily +1-ing Ludwig: There's precedent for PCL hatewatchers unsuccessfully trying to drive a wedge between Tom Brennan and Twitch; and Twitch is likely to continue deferring to that in the course of dismissing all complaints toward a non-partner as false flagging, until a certain threshold of negative publicity seems to have been met. At that point, they'll write PCL off as a liability, and Tom will simply squeeze the pigs however much more is required to "crowdfund" an alternative platform (No; there will not be transparency regarding actual costs).

My point is that the pertinent parties within Twitch are aware of the hateboner people have for PCL; and they simply don't care - The complaints would need to come from above, rather than below. At this point, I'd be surprised if T&C revisions to do with simulcasting manages to be the last straw for a Twitch channel that seems to consistently elude greater controversy.
