Finally caught up! I don't think I could begin to understand the tuba shit (heh), and I've been exposed to some pretty weird shit on the web growing up.
You get a lot of leftoids who will have a realistic panic attack (that didn't have to go so hard) when they get reminded of Trump existing enjoying content where people regularly call things gay. They invented the term "dark woke" as a coping mechanism, since actually enjoying something made by a chud is verboten in their sphere. It's an impressive cognitive dissonance on display, and kind of sad that ideology has reached the point that people have to lie to themselves about because they enjoy content by people like Oney who probably aren't even that right wing, but definitely not into the lefty shit.

Throwing in my two cents always thought that most of the current Oneyplays cast is "apolitical". They're not here to validate anyone's politically opinions since they just play games, draw and goof around with stuff. It's kind of strange how some of the fandom are the very chronically on twitter types that think they are edgy.

Sucks for Chris tbh. Imagine finding out you're friends didn't like hanging out with you from a crash out stream. The best response for everyone would be if he didn't acknowledge it (what's worth acknowledging?) but I doubt either Ding Dong nor Julian would realize that's the best outcome.

I really do hope Chris takes the smart route, and just cuts these guys out of his life. They're trying to get you wrapped up in decade old bullshit because they're obsessed with it. It really isn't worth it to interact with them anymore.
That's the thing, Chris HAS cut ties with these guys. DD is talking about Chris visiting their house FIVE YEARS AGO. They haven't been professionally involved since then, and I don't think they've spoken in public that anyone has ever seen.
