This whole drama is making me try to recontextualize this observation I had 4 years ago in regards to RockCock64

So Rockcock64, former Best Gamer and long-time Internet friend of Dingdong, just finished a stream where the chat was talking about Kiwifarms and since he's gone full leftist (during the summer of 2020, all of his donations went to BLM and he constantly talks about how much he hates cops and landlords), he had to make a long speech about how hateful the site is and he basically implied that Dingdong is very affected by what we say about him here and said that we are trying to force him to "work again with someone who isn't very nice", implying Chris.

Like, did RockCock make DingDong a leftist or did DingDong make RockCock a leftist? Weirdly enough, since that post, RockCock actually got married and had a kid, but I haven't kept up with him recently. These two used to be some of the funniest guys online with their TheBestGamers stuff, but they've completely flipped on it now. Supposedly, someone else from TBG who had access to the channel deleted all of their videos a few years back and both DingDong and RockCock claim it wasn't either of them, but it's hard not to think it was them with how ashamed they constantly are of this kind of stuff.

I would go back to it a lot, but man, once Zach, Tomar, and Lyle became more featured, it definitely became hard to rewatch when they would bitch for large chunks of the episodes and kinda keep Chris in some of these bitching deathloops
Im not even a fan of Lyle but at least he could just be kinda fun despite his tryhardiness

I mainly like their long playthroughs of RPGs like KH and YIIK. Even though those games are deeply flawed they still get you invested in the story and it would be untenable to have Cory or Lyle talking over the cutscenes and clearly not being interested even through a critical lens.

Everything Dindongs describing sounds like they all knew the financial situation DD and Julian were in and offered a fucking lifeline to get them some more money coming in. Instead of politely declining they cooked up all these insane rules to try and dictate things on their terms so they could feel in control. He just straight up spat in the face of someone offering to help him and is now out here complaining about the fact he was ever offered this help in the first place. Dindong just sounds so spitefully angry he must be a fucking misery to be around.
