It’s definitely her.
She looks like she’s lost significant weight and that clever hat seems to be covering up too much scrutiny in hair and eyebrows. She can just dip her head if she needs to take a breather and the press have a blocked view.
Having chemo is a rollercoaster. You can have days you feel ok and days you feel like absolute shite and can’t get out of bed. Remember that if she does one of these engagements she needs to feel Ok enough to go stand in heels and look perfect for several hours. They will have waited for the last minute and made sure she was having a Good day. I don’t blame her tbh. She will probably avoid committing to future events until she’s feeling reliably OK, and do what she did there which is just turn up and look good.
What I would really like to see, when she’s back in the public eye, is for her to push for better cancer outcomes in general in the UK. Our cancer stats are dreadful, and we force people back to work far too soon.
