I doubt it's Hank or anyone from the family. Hank would look rediculous after such long term support of Johnny complaining of abuse in this criminal case, not to mention there is a rumor that Hank is going after Johnny in a civil action to get his money back one way or another while this is a complaint of criminal harm.

My guess is it's related to the Lotte World case where he was blasting sexually explicit 'pay to chat' comments in Korean around little kids. The one that he's currently sitting in jail for? I don't know. Unfortunately with the lack of information it seemed like it was a petition to appeal the sentence for one of the charges he's already been convicted of due to the 6 month bullshit since the other stuff hasn't even gone to court yet, and I don't think we ever saw who filed the first petition for severe punishment(that obviously didn't amount to much considering the sentence he got).
