I think it might be worth it to open a Japanese board. Japan has a few weirdos that people do follow. I just don't know how you get their followers to the platform, that would be the key.

There was a channel that covered both of these and even a few other people on YouTube at one point but I don't think he's around anymore sadly.

Null better translate the site into Egyptian hieroglyphs or suffer the wrath of Ra.

Maybe add a little language tab on peoples accounts to indicate to other users what languages they speak so users who speak a certain language can find eachother. Or a thread filter so that you can find others speaking the same language in a thread but to be fair most of the people who only speak a foreign language stick mostly to their own threads. Also any Indian account found should have a poo emoji put next to their name.

A number of the language threads devolve to people just posting low quality shitposts and unrelated memes from their country instead of actually discussing lolcows of their nation. Moderation of their language would be useful to ensure that they stay on topic rather than turn into a general chat as it beats the purpose of the international lolcow thread in the first place.
 
I'm from germany but aside from politics and mudslimes there isn't much I have to post about.
Besides the german board seems active enough as is with a few lolcows, gotta remember that compared to the USA Germany is more or less the size of one state.
 
Having a part of the site for people in Japan I think is a really good idea. Japan has an insane amount of lolcow content and it would do alot of good for cross pollination. Null, since you kicked around Asia for a few years I assume you have to have some sort of connection with a Tojo who could help out?
 
@Null I propose an International Lolcow of History section. For the new people is complicated see former threads when the lolcow is deceased, inactive or is an Historic Lolcow
