this line gets blurred even worse in europe because there's a billion rasheed's who are basically trying to frontrun cannabis legalization by dealing drugs through a business-like infrastructure if not actual storefronts.
usually starts with weed and legal RC's/analogs but the infra is there, so if society started tolerating fent like the US has they'd get absolutely oneshotted.

that's kinda why I support weed legalization in the EU as long as it comes with a crackdown on RC's and spice
they don't have the capital to scale their sketchy smart shops and would get pushed out by regulations, and it'd cuck the weed market and make it all high THC schizoplant - which fucks over about one generation before people start thinking weed is gay again.

Yeah fent isn't tolerated in the states though. Im of the opinion that the fent peddling faggots should be drug out back, executed and kicked down into an unmarked hole.
The fent niggers are generally lacing meth, Ecstasy (Molly nowadays) heroine and other hard chemical drugs.

Im not that worried about Meth Monkeys and opiate junkies shuffling themselves out of the mortal coil.

As far as kicking the weed market? Nah growers just have to adapt. Most dispensary product is mid at best. People will still pay top dollar to the guy growing in his spare room if it's fantastic + has a good slow dry & cure. The only people getting screwed out of the market are the people producing garbage that was quick dried, machine trimmed and harvested early with nothing but clear tricomes.

That one depends on the strain and the tolerance of the smoker. You can generally shop by THC% in any dispensary and its pretty damn accurate when it comes to flowers.
Just find a reputable breeder that sells seeds and go from there. Most typically have a few low THC lines.
