Aside from 1 guy who is a family man and he treats dealing like a real full time job, every drug dealer I've ever met had kids with multiple women and does crime on the regular.
One of them sent every women he had kids with to the hospital and isn't allowed near them or the kids anymore, I saw him last year after he just spent 23 months in jail for assaulting someone.... AND LOSING!!!

If we're going to strictly compare the merit of the dealer vs the consumer, I would take it further and say even if a drug dealer doesn't need the money and they just do it because it's profitable, they are still better than the consumer.
The reason is rationality. One is making a calculated rational decision the other is a slave to their impulse. Obviously both are acting outside of the moral norm and both are ultimately wrong.

From my experience some drug dealers will refuse to sell heroin/fent to little kids. They'd encourage me to stop instead and yell about how fucked the modern world is lmao. They do have a heart but it's cold and jaded.
