During your lifetime, it is important to find balance. It is important to carve out some time for yourself, but it is also good to spend it around the friends and family members that treat you well, you should obviously avoid the family members that cause you trouble and distress.

As for god and religion, you don't necessarely need to be religious in life, but everyone ends up worshipping something. People nowdays have replaced religion with worship of politics. Everyone ends up making their own morality sytem based on certain values.

Religion was disliked by anons back then because it was restrictive, because it tried to tighten its grasp on you. Nowdays what is trying to hold you in its grasp are godless atheists, people who worship morality and politicians, people obsessed with social justice and morality, people who tell you how much they hate the idea of a god and having a family.
