Although if you ask me, Phil falls into the camp of stunted narcs who default to homosexuality through loving themselves so much that they become their own idea of sexuality, rather than actually loving other men. I don't think he's capable of exhibiting any real sexuality, homosexual or otherwise, because that would rely on him having a complex enough life that he's capable of forming bonds with other people. Kat could be a man and he still wouldn't hit it.

I still believe he's not really gay but he only uses homosexuality as a joke. Just like early 2000 humor where gay jokes were very common, he doesn't see how gay it makes him look. He never evolved past that.

The reason he's avoiding female contact has more to do with him overcorrecting his past self to say "look I've changed" rather than Khet being an insecure fat bitch.
Add to that the algorithm being ultra sensitive about female nudity and his autism and you have Phil being scared to hell of women on screen cause of the probability they show too much skin so he gets demonetized.

Given this dude does mountain biking and extensive hiking according to his Youtube (archive) and his profile picture (archive), this is probably an Asmon fan who hasn't actually watched the prerequisite 30 minutes required for DSP to become boring to him (for normal people it's ~5-10 minutes).
