The worst is the Lovecraftian sounds it makes when she mashes it all up with her chubby paw. Wow! This is a great video.
That had to be the worse part of the video. I’ve made food that had unpleasant sounds during prep, but this one was a bit nauseating to hear,

She must've been extra hungry while cooking. Sometimes she gets in too big of a hurry to eat. Hell, Jamie couldn't even wait for her to film her recipe before digging in.

”Jamie already got into it hehe” *camera pans to show literally 1/3 of the meat loaf is gone*

At first I thought it was funny in a relatable way to take a small bite before showing your final product, but then she showed it and more was missing than could fit on an entire single plate. He must have had separate plates for the sides. If she didn’t also eat too there’s no way that’s lasting for 2 days or for ”meatloaf sandwiches”.

I never understood why she gets so much sympathy compared to the other whales.

Because she doesn't demand anything of other people. She just putters around in her double wide making triple size portions with a cheerful smile on her face. I don't care if someone is cheerfully self-destructive if they don't demand that everyone around them cater to their crazy. That is a completely different thing than "fat rights" warriors, chub-chubs who whine and complain all the time, or ruin the lives of the family and friends by expecting them to take care of them. Sara is clearly self-sufficient, good natured and in her own environment. To me, that is the best, because I can observe her from afar like David Attenborough hiding in a bush observing the mating habits of a pygmy hippo.

If she didn’t also eat too there’s no way that’s lasting for 2 days or for ”meatloaf sandwiches”.

There are three people living there, right? Her, her husband and an older woman- mother in law?

She made two pound hamburgers with six ounces of cheese inside for Memorial Day! Good grief!

She says she is feeding six people plus a little one. The finished product wasn't juicy lucy as much as it was floppy sloppy. And a two pound burger isn't enough. She has to serve it with pasta salad, baked beans and chips too. That must be a week's worth of calories on one plate!

One thing I'll say for her, the bacon on that club sandwich was cooked perfect. The other day Jack Scalfani made something with bacon and he used that store-bought pre cooked crap.

She has absolutely no sense of portion control. It's funny when she realizes what a sloppy whopper she's made and starts picking little bits off the side to make it smaller. In some parts of the country, hamburger has shot up to $9 a pound. She had about $75 worth of meat in four burgers there! And how does four burgers divide among six people?

I keep seeing posts assigning her "cooking methods" to that of the Great American Mid-Western Snowhonkey, and I must say I'm appalled. Those lutefisk-huffing, casserole-toasting, unvegetable-salading, bland cookie-baking Scandinavian rejects don't use even half the amounts of sugar, grease or salt that she does. Even the tubby old farts up there don't give each other the beetus with non-dessert items. Just stay away from the Charlie Brown pie and you won't slip into a coma.

That being said, her "cooking" from what I've seen is 100% dead-on Mid-Western in attempt, just not in spirit or execution.
Take the macaroni salad as an example; greatly reduce the amounts of everything but the pasta and vegetables, axe the sugar altogether before adding a couple pounds of diced rotisserie chicken or drained canned tuna to get authentic Wisconsin/Minnesota church potluck food, don'cha know. Don't go easy on the onion powder, cracked black pepper or diced celery before you let it set in the fridge overnight for the flavors to properly meld. That stuff makes for better lettuce wrap filling than it has any right to.

Nobody cooks like Sara. I wish people would stop trying to assign her a certain cuisine. She's not any more regional than 'Meruican. Pick up any shitty women's magazine at the check out counter, or peruse any website with reader-contributed recipes (like allrecipes), and you will see "recipes" for combining multiple processed, ready-to-eat foods and calling it cooking. You won't see any that call for an entire jar of mayo, or sweetened condensed milk in pasta. Those are Sara's special touches.

Her cooking is typical American trash, to an exaggerated, deathfat degree. I have to respect her for really showing us how she got so fat. And for doing her own cooking. Chantel and Amberlynn got fat off fast food, and only cook when they're putting on airs about being healthy. Then the food they cook is bland and punishing. Sara is a simple gal that cooks for herself (and husband), and knows how hit all her reward centers. And does so without second thought. It's fascinating.
