Thing is, she and Jamie DO eat like this every day...obviously.

“Today on the show we’re gonna use the most unfortunate camera angle possible.”

Why go to all this work to make a hugely fattening, probably miserable tasting, chicken sandwich?

I fucking LOVE this thumbnail. It looks like something they would cut to commercials with on Kitchen Nightmares. Just have it flash to greyscale and an announcer commenting over a dramatic music stab:
"Jamie's out of the kitchen, and the kitchen is out of control! WHAT will Sara do next? All this and more when we come back to REDNECK KITCHEN NIGHTMARES"

"Southwrestren omelette my whay!"

She pronounced jalapeño "pin-yah". I can't believe the horror that I witnessed in the first 2:30 of video 1. I swear I had this thing as a kid. And I'm pretty sure it was made with deli sandwich ham and American cheese too. I'm amazed by the massive crockery she owns. Huge mixing bowls! Huge casserole dishes! I'm also amazed by the massive costco sized supplies of processed food like cheese and deli meat she buys. That looked like the remains of a five pound log of American cheese- and she put at least a pound of it on this casserole, along with a pound of grated cheese and a pound of deli meat. That is what... ten meals? Before we even get to the half dozen eggs, a whole stick of butter, two pounds of fried potatoes and whole milk! This one is a whopper!

Damn. All I can think about is the sodium.
  • Deli cheese slices (wtf)
  • shredded cheese
  • deli ham
  • a bunch of added salt
  • more shredded cheese
  • pickled Jalepenos
  • butter
  • more cheese sprinkled on top
  • Salsa ( if it's the premade kind, might be salty?)
**edited to add that those hash browns she used (I think she said 2 bags? ) have 280 sodium per serving, 7 servings per bag. Total of 3,920. I know it's over an entire casserole. However, even if you added all the sodium up and divided by.. ten? It's still a salt bomb

I didn't watch the vidya, but I bet she seeded those jalapenos because of her DiVeRtIcUliTuS!

And then added more cheese.

That’s not a neck. Now it’s a legit part of her face. Is it confirmed she’s on CPAP? No way she can breathe in sleep with that mass on her neck.
thats tragic. Jude Valentine has similar fat distribution on her face, wonder if she’ll get that bad.

Why does she have to always do these things in two videos? Can't she just pause the recording and resume when she takes the thing out of the oven, and/or do a little light editing?

This was the dish I saw on the stove in the background of the egg bake monstrosity. I can't imagine eating both in one day. You just know she did. Gotta "taste test" it, you know
That looks revolting. Lol at her knocking shit over as she tried to maneuver the pan. I understand the clutter may be difficult to manage but Jesus Christ how hard would it be to put that extra shit in a plastic tub somewhere off camera so you can have room to work. Who can cook like that?

I will say my roommate said he could eat this all day long!
Is this the recipe you used? And what changes did you make?

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/4 cup of oats
half sleeve of crackers crushed
5 to 6 slices of raw bacon-chopped
1 small onion- chopped
2 to 4 cloves of garlic-minced
1 bell pepper- finely chopped
1 small container of mushrooms- chopped
1/3 cup of steak sauce
1/3 cup of ketchup
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 eggs beaten
Mix everything together, and put in a sprayed baking pan, and mound it to form a meatloaf shape. I used a 13x9 pan, but you can use a loaf pan instead.
Topping: 1/2 cup of ketchup and 1//4 cup steak mix! Now brush half of your topping on ,save the other half for reglazing the top half way through cooking time.
Bake in a preheated 350 F, for 1 hour or more till done and no longer pink in the middle. When done bring out of oven, and I like to let it set for 15 minutes, before slicing and serving it. Serve with any sides you like.
