Imagine you put a whole jar of mayonnaise in a mass of tomatoes and crackers and then call it "salad" while you can hardly breathe. This is just Sara in a nutshell.

Is it called a Georgia Cracker Salad because it has crackers in it, or is that the type of person who eats recipes like this?

Yes, she has. It's been discussed over on Voat, although I haven't been there in over a year.

And RE: Sara's pneumonia... she had to be airlifted to a hospital that (by her own admission) had only TWO FUCKING BEDS equipped to deal with her fat ass. I'm sure her doctor has censured her up, down, sideways, and diagonally for being non-compliant, in denial about her health, and a waste of valuable resources. And after all that, she got fucking BIGGER.

But don't take my word for it:

Her whole tone during the video was of resignation. "I could have died. Eh, what are you going to do?"

I dig Sara. She seems lovely and enthusiastic, and adores her own cooking. If the road had had a different fork for Sara, she would be a very devoted and creative cook. I suppose she is anyway, but I mean a divergent path that wasn't paved in mayonnaise and trailer parks.

So, since Sara and Scalfani have both had brushes with death due to their severe obesity and general reckless disregard for their health, which one of these top chefs do you all think will keel over first?

I don't know, Sarah came back from what seemed like fatty death. She may already be undead.
