lol, alright person who just joined less then a month ago. He posted pictures that had no scaring and no stitches. He just tucked them for a pic, its an old trick. The referral letters were proven faked as well. His one and only "stitch" was the wrong colour for his skin (according to medical kiwis) and was most likely a pinworm based on appearance.

When Phil has actual documentation, he posts it (hell, sometimes he even fakes documentation). He would not have had surgery - not even day surgery - without being given 1) post-op care instructions and 2) a letter from the surgeon to his referring doctor stating what had been done and what follow up care was required.

It was confirmed by the one and only @Smutley and the paperwork was either stolen from a child who had testicular cancer or forged outright. Phil usually gets referrals instead of actual approval paperwork by being annoying, takes a grainy photo outside of a doctors office and says 'approved for surgery, dick's as good as gone' as a victory.
