🤝 Community Tard Baby General (includes brain dead kids) - Fundies and their genetic Fuckups; Parents of corpses in denial

Gotta wonder if they get its their behavior too that effects how their children are treated and what "fines" and "punishments" they get.

the bar is so low that it's a tavern in hades.
Well, some people in that group appear to be trying to go as low as they can. Bobby’s liver is failing. This individual basically implies that the doctors/nurses are responsible for that by lowering his oxygen levels.

It looks like the Bobby’s father asks the medical team if they did that. Of course the medical team isn’t doing anything like that. It will far more difficult to keep Bobby’s body maintained than Jahi’s. Jahi had her heart attack in the hospital whereas Bobby was in a car in a rural area. I expect he won’t last long.

Stuff doesn't stop costing money to replace just because a child tard is the one that broke it. If your child's disability makes him a destructive nuisance, either limit his access to shit he can break or get used to paying the bills he runs up.
It reminds of these kids who smash up the entire class rooms. I need to find that story again, but I just remember a mom being in the national news because her kid was either arrested or put in a padded room. It was something ridiculous where the school was concerned about him injuring himself but the mom was upset about the arrest. The school wasn’t even discussing making her pay for the thousands in damages.

What’s even worse is that some cities have tried to build special schools to concentrate all the special needs kids, and the parents go to court over that. AND then some cities have special schools, like STEM schools or gifted schools, and the parents with special needs kids send their kids to those schools.

Those parents just want the whole world to be miserable.

And, there are school systems that don't have enough resources to send text books home with the kids because they can't afford to replace them. So, sorry, you're going to have to fork out the cash for your tard to tard.

The line should be pretty obvious. When your precious tardbaby by his essential nature proves consistently disruptive to the education of many, many other children, costing three times as much because of his wanton destruction of educational supplies and having to supply multiple in-school individual tard wranglers to handle him and his shitfits and inabilities, he doesn't belong in mainstream education. I draw this line even with non-exceptional individuals who consistently disrupt the classroom. They don't belong there. Either settle down, or ship out.

If you want to play pretend and keep your useless child in mainstream education to prolong the dream that one day he will be just like all the other kids as opposed to on a one-way ticket to adult residential care or prison, you need to be responsible for that choice, and pay up at the appropriate rate for the damage he causes at the very least.

Yes, you need to pay for things your child destroys, even if it's because of a disability.
Another stellar parent who thinks that Autism means that their kid can do whatever they want with no consequences.
Parents like this infuriate me.
How hard is it to understand if your kid breaks something, you pay for it?

And that one mother using her kids disability as an excuse: she's setting him up for a lifetime of misery..."He raped that girl, but he has a disability...yes, he robbed the bank and murdered the teller, but he has a disability!"

Rate me mad on the internet, autistic, whatever, but cretins like this should be forced to have a license to reproduce.

I don't know how it work in the US, but can a public school refuse to enroll a severely disabled child? Obviously I don't mean a kid on a wheelchair but like an autistic kid who throws fits of rage and can be dangerous for the people around him.

OK, everybody give a big hand to the UK's latest potato court case, this time for diversity points featuring a Muslim potato!

Introducing Tafida Raqeeb!

The parents are bouncing in and out of court contesting the status of the child who is busted as fuck due to some horrible stroke-type thing, and is on permanent life support and ventilation which the doctors now wish to terminate arguing she is irreversibly brain-damaged. The parents have hired lawyers and imans and have now produced the compelling evidence of her rictus claw hand/arm bouncing out of a bowl of carefully-placed water to prove she is responsive and not at all brain damaged. They have got further with their case than the Gard family ever did. They have now secured the right to do what the Gards didn't which is move the kid abroad for treatment. For some reason, an Italian hospital has offered to treat the child.

Fatwas are involved, because what British courts should recognise is religious rulings by backward desert religions. Maybe if the Gards had converted and waved the Koran around instead of invoking boring old Jesus, they'd have fared better.

Shelina Begum obtained a fatwa, an Islamic religious ruling, that it was 'impermissible for the parents, or anyone else, to give consent for the removal of the life-supporting machine from their child'.

Mr Justice McDonald said that the fatwa was 'a valuable restatement of the sanctity of life, a sanctity recognised by all the great religions and also by those who view life through a secular or scientific prism'.

Some are pointing out, rightly, that this ruling will put courts denying the rights of say, Jehovahs Witnesses to withold blood transfusions from kids who need them on a sticky wicket. Not to mention every other parent whose case against a hospital relies on a religious argument + some shittastic 'test' of the potato's reflexes.

Not really. Not anymore. Every child has a right to an education. What usually ends up happening is they're relegated to the appropriate SPED programs within a normal school or they're sent to alternative schools. However, with kids that have no real cognitive deficiencies, the tendency is to try and mainstream them which becomes a fucking nightmare for the teacher and the other students. If they're too disruptive they'll be moved to SPED, but they really try not to do that. There's also an entire division of state government that deals with tard parents who can't or won't accept the decision and sue the state to have their tard included in regular classes. They'll even sue the state to have their tard sent to a boarding school out of state at an enormous cost to taxpayers all to "give their child the best education possible" which is code for "I don't want to raise this tard, please take it off my hands".

Odd thing is though I've seen in the schools an unproportionate amount of "Snowflake Autism" and not many children with Down Syndrome being let in. It at time feels like the snowflakes know the ropes to get their self-diagnosed kids in, but children who could possibly learn in that setting with supports do not get in.

Odd, the autistic kid didn’t steal a toy or some other shit kids generally are attracted to but a “name brand wrench.” Sounds like Mom needed a tool to fix something and figured getting little autismo to pocket it would be a good plan. I bet Wal-Mart watched her direct the kid to the exact thing she wanted him to steal....and I bet it’s not their first time at the shoplifting rodeo.

Wal-Mart are assholes but they watch trash parents try to get away with shoplifting by putting their kids up to it all day long. The parents then try to act so indignant when caught. Wal-Mart tracks everyone in their stores, they can see when a kid grabs something while the parents are totally unaware vs parents using the kids as shoplifting mules.

I bet the same folks who went to bat for the Gards and Evans will defend these people.

This seems plausible. If she knew her kid did that kind of thing wouldn't she routinely check his pockets before they left any store? It's like the kid that tore the books up. If you know this is an issue then you would go to the school and let them know it's an issue and see if there is some other activity he can do that doesn't involve going to the library. If he just wants to tear up paper, get him some looseleaf and let him at it. Until then, it's $15 per book, end of.

Ah, but they're in a bit of a pickle there. They're super Jebus-y types and that doesn't mesh well with super-Muslim fatwa types. However, it damages the narrative to not defend them. It'll be interesting to see how that plays out.

The journalist who is covering this in supportive terms for the Mail - Cristina Odone, isa hardcore Catholic. She used to be the editor of The Catholic Herald. she's writing articles about the parents saying love conquers all etc etc. There are points the hardcore of all three of the orthdox end of all three Abrahamics occasionally meet on some point. Like blasphemy laws, and this stuff.
