In other interesting news, it seems Phil’s property value have gone down. Not sure why exactly but in a website showing how much he paid in property tax he paid less in 2025 and the value went down a decent amount.
Another guy found this a while ago so I can’t take full credit.

What we do know is he habitually drinks late into the night. Maybe him rustling around at night in the kitchen and the pantry getting his drink makes a lot of noise.
