So making fun of Phil's fat ass wife is the same as laughing at a school burning down and kids dying? The guy is fucking insane.
Memology should open a clip channel called Kids Dying in a Fire 101. Guess it’s the same thing as making fun of Phil. Also, shoutout to fitness expert Khet Burnell for reminding Phil about taking rest days between full lifting routines. He was overtraining way too hard with no rest days, in a room where he couldn’t even spread his arms without knocking over trash.

I have a question for people who have been following Phil for a really long time. In every single MGS playthrough Phil will, upon being spotted, run into a room or dead end and point his gun at the door, as if he's going to camp at that spot and kill the infinitely-respawning enemies. It's so consistent that I was wondering, what game did he play in his earlier career, or maybe even before that, that taught him this is a good idea? He does it every time; it must have been programmed into him by a different game.

I haven't watched the MGS Delta TIHYDP because I can't listen to him BLAH BLAH BLAHing for the millionth time. Does he do it there, too? Also, is there a "Just kill me!"? It doesn't feel like a MGS TIHYDP without it.
If I was being generous to Phil, I'd say he learned that behavior from the NES Metal Gear game, where killing all the enemies on the screen can actually end the alert. However, I don't think Phil ever played that, or any of the pre-Solid Metal Gear games (like the MSX ones, or Snake's Revenge). I did watch some of his gameplay in MGS Delta, and there he will typically just try to rush through to the next area when spotted, because he's playing on Normal difficulty where you can tank tons of hits before dying. Once you're to the next map zone, if you die you'll start from there and the alert is cancelled, so he has achieved "progress" in the game.

I've noticed he does something like this in most of his stealth game playthroughs and it fucks him up a lot. I call it the "Bathroom problem".

Basically it works like this: Phil gets compromised. Phil has to find somewhere to hide himself or the dude he just took down who spotted him. What's a private place commonly found everywhere? A bathroom (or a shed or storage room, one entrance/exit). Phil stashes the body and/or himself inside.
Problem: Everyone's gotta use the bathroom. Inevitably, Phil or the body hidden in the bathroom will be spotted and the person who detected Phil will have to be taken down. Where's a good place to hide the body? Well, we're already in the bathroom.

This compounds until there's a small village of narcoleptics/corpses in Phil's preferred hiding spot. This also means that Phil now has to have eyes on or even camp inside the bathroom to avoid an alert. You can see a really good example of this in his Hitman playthrough.

his current tactic of "starving" the trolls by not "giving them what they want" is hilarious because in doing so, hes giving us exactly what we want. hes being a whiny smartass with no self-awareness, which is prime content. in my opinion, his meltdowns on his little podcast and the begging is more entertaining than him failing and seething at games. lots of people suck at video games and rage at them, but Phil's tendency to be as dishonest, greedy, and oblivious as he is, is unique to him. the problem is Phil, not the games. as the past two decades have proven, Phil can be doing literally anything and be extremely unlikeable because of who he is as a person. we all know he watches detractor channels, does he somehow miss the fact that a lot of the most viral clips of him dont even involve him gaming, but sperging out at his trolls/audience? does he not see the clips of him spiraling about how hes "totally starving the detractors" get tens of thousands of views? i know this is Phil, but this is peak delusion.

also, we've been calling Kat a fatass ever since you stupidly brought her back on stream. you already made the mistake, why continue to hide her if the Kat's out of the bag (haha) and you'll be pelted with fat wife jokes regardless? has she spiraled into depression and gotten even fatter? he doesnt seem to realize that he cant win. trolls will continue to dominate his mind and life until he dies from a stroke on stream, and hes too delusional and prideful to stop giving them attention so he'll continue to double down time and time again.

Oh so THAT'S why Phil's going bald - he's got too much test in him from all the lifting and it's affecting his hairline.

Seriously though, you need to be a truly braindead faggot to even believe half of one tenth of the shit that comes out of this pig's mouth. Good grief.

Him rolling out Khet for a turn in the stocks makes sense I guess.
Nothing since dragging Kat back on camera to get ahead of Mike Clum, only to bail on it all shortly after, makes any sense to me. He's sneak dissed how FAT she is at least a handful of times, and then senseless rants like today's inserting her for no reason. The only logical explanation is he's trying to shame her, but I'm pretty sure he's not.

I think this is just a strange manifestation of his 'Real Adult Business Man' larp.

Everything makes a lot more sense if you imagine DSP as a White Collar, 9-5 Cubicle Slave.

He shows up late everyday, spends as much time as possible puttering around avoiding 'work' (often times doing pointless 'busy work' that he made up himself to put off getting to his actual work), refuses to do a single thing if he isn't on the clock...I could go on and on.
My favorite is when he complains about his own schedule or that he's not playing a game sooner. As if Phil Burnell is a hard ass boss that forces him to work 2 shifts a day in full sun, 6 days a week, not letting him clock out early, and DSP is the hard working grinder, just trying to make ends meet. If you've listened to his schedule segments enough, it really does come off this way.

He's so scared to play games on hard difficulty that he makes a big scene out of them defaulting to normal/story difficulty as an excuse not to
TBH it's okay playing on normal, it's more the way he handles it that make it unacceptable. It would be okay if he just admited being scared of playing on hard.

That retard is surprised enabling DLSS disables TAA and FSR. He clearly doesn't know what they are or what they correspond to. He ended up turning FSR to ultra performance.. while playing on 4K and every settings to the max.. with a Nvidia card. Just 220 behaviour

Once again showing his amazing tech skills. One day he'll burn his PC with his stupidity.

By the way, he'll definitely drop that game as it has big breasted women in it.

EDIT: Just like clockwork, once there's a woman on screen he acts all weird

I bet that fat, disgusting beast (Kat Burnell) is even bigger now. I can tell by how butthurt Phil is about it. To be honest if she ever lost the weight he would be parading her ass around in front of the trolls.

His fantasy dream-job of being an Italian restaurant owner was totally delusional from every angle, but one of the funnier things was that he believed that his in-depth knowledge of true and authentic East Coast Italian-style cuisine would give him a strong competitive advantage in Renton, where the locals don't know how to cook real authentic Italian food or its superior East Coast style variant.
