I remember screenshots getting posted of one of Phil's dents giving a superchat in Raw Phil with a message that looks like it's for DSP, then he superchats in DSP's channel right after. It's happened a few times, not sure if it's the same guy or one of the mentally ill whale's new gimmicks, like how there's always a random new viewer who never chats then shows up gifting subs and tipping in the exact same way.

Aside from defamation lolsuits being so ridiculous because you HAVE to prove damages and intentions to harm you to the point people settle out of court, I'm convinced Phil can't sue anyone simply because you can cut an hour of raw footage of him talking about how detractors and restreamers don't affect his business, and how, if he ever got the chance to sue, he'd do it out of spite as payback.

Two main points of interest is that Ethan actually (or claimed to) filed a copyright on the video with the Copyright office, Phil doesn't do that with any of his shit because copyright is automatically assumed when you create something, the difference here is that Ethan filed the copyright fully knowing that the three Muskatards would react to it fully with very little input added from their side. The second main point is that Phil has gone on stream and stated as a matter of fact that the videos are "clips" from his channel that aren't given any context and are edited to make him look bad and spread lies and false information about him. It can't be completely stolen content that would violate fair use laws while also being completely edited clips designed to spread false information.
