Funny thing is Phil can't simply sue restreamers. He would have to sue every time they restream him because EACH case has to be evaluated separately. He can't have it both ways. Memology gets 1M views on edited videos. Snort Burnell gets about 200K. Even WPIG only gets about 200K. By definition, Phil, who gets double most detractors views, is making pennies on ad revenue, so they're making even less right? Even Raw Phil privates everything after a day so they're not making ad revenue either.

And yes I'm not including money taken on a stream, which again Phil can't claim would have gone to him, as it's money to make fun of him or laugh at him. That would be like Donald Trump saying he's entitled to any money anybody makes for laughing at videos of him. They're 2 very different things.

Considering this year might be boring, I really do hope we get LegalSydePhil and somebody gets in his ear to convince him to sue somebody. The countersuit or even pushback to that would be so hilarious.
