December no, sadly not. But By February possibly. Phil really resents paying for a place and one of the main reasons he's got it is that he was told he'd get help with the rent (it's mixed in with the tard knockdown lie) and Slingblade doesnt pay for a fucking thing - they most they do is order a Pizza an split it with Phil or Give him a $20 when he wanst to go cheese shopping.

I've theorized that the apartment is largely to blame for the drop in donations. People feel sorry for homeless people regardless if they're terrible people, but no one feels sorry for a guy with an apartment. The home invasion lies aren't getting the attention Phil hoped they would either so sooner or later the desire for asspats is going to get so great Phil will abandon the apartment and return to the streets.

You can only cry wolf and nothing happen for so long before people stop caring. And, he keeps whining about needing money for his bike, but he HAS a bike and has posted at length about it. I mean, ffs... Biking cleats? Is he doing the Tour De France or pedaling his fat ass down the street for some cheese at the Albertsons?

If they are genuinely homeless your right, but Phil even amongst his "Friends" is known to be a mooch and have enough money to pay rent from his tugboat so they either don't donate at all or donate the minimum they can to feel good about themselves. As for his internet He's using 3/4G data hookups on his Phone and a open AP in his area when he can get a decent signal to it, he's honestly pissed that he has bill's to pay like Water, Electricity an so on he doesn't understand that those things just happen, and if you mention maintenance costs he get's really shirty because he can't understand that things ware out as he nearly always buys new an throws away things when he gets bored of them.
The thing is Phil overestimates us as does Gretta, But Phil can't understand distance emotionally for example "I consider you a friend, we haven't met in person but your still someone I know well, you say your getting married and I congratulate you an send flowers because of timing or distance I can't be there on the big day" Phil can't process something he's not a part of he can't even visualise a emotion he's not directly there to see and he takes his cues from the people around him, But you know that person an we all know one of them who is sour at a wedding i.e. "Would have married me if she didn't put out / get knocked up / bad excuse" He thinks that people showing angry expressions are agreeing with him because he thinks everyone thinks the same as him and look for validating visual cues so if he say's something an see's someone look pissed they agree with him, if he's just put a new "SHE" badge on his hat and they smile an say Yes Mam they are agreeing with him, etc
Phil needs to be the centre of attention, Good or Bad, he needs to feel like he's really doing or being someone, he craves the validation of having his actions being recognised by others, but he doesn't realise often his reaction is wrong and the people he's seeking validation from are reacting to him, not the situation. In short he's one of the few people you can condemn an control with a frown or a smile.
