Phil's trying a third tactic in his playbook, which is disable all his other accounts in the hopes that Facebook won't get him for ban evading.
He's most likely right on this one, matter of fact. One thing he's never discovered is let's pretend he makes some kind of horrible racist post, like, "Kill all whites I'm going to a bingo hall to murder all old white fucks with a gun I own". If that post is reported followed by him deactivating his account, Facebook will send you a support message that says "That post / user doesn't exist anymore so we consider this matter closed thanks for trying". He can then reactivate and the post will stay up until it's re-reported.
This has Greta all over it, because he's not smart enough to take all his accounts down just to keep one up in a quest to ban evade. I don't know how it works for multiple accounts, but chances are he'll slip up in one way or another and this will continue on forever.

If he did that, the right thing to do would be fuck the droolers at Facebook support, just call his local cops and tell them he's saying he's going to shoot up a local bingo hall and give them the address.

It amuses me greatly that Phil has lyrics from a Dead Kennedys song in his profile name. The Dead Kennedys fucking hated poser do nothing fake activists like Phil so much they wrote several songs about how much they despised them.

Oh I knew he pretends to be "latinx1/?@1!7a*6", I just didn't know if he'd been specific about what brand of brown he pretends to be, and that he has family in PR.
He's still got the alt account up and is posting his fundraiser into the void every few hours. No likes, No shares. He made $45 from Greta /Kjel's signal boost.
