@BOLDYSPICY! You know what you need to do.
To be fair I don't see a good reason for a Civilian to own one, they are banned in the UK and in most of the EU because they found favor with people like Drug Dealers, Football Hooligans, and other criminal elements, and sadly there where a few deaths caused by people owning them and using them improperly.
Hell the Police are told under no circumstances are they to be allowed to be used above the neck if they do and the person survives they can get slapped with a attempted murder charge (I think there are one or two exceptions for this but they are very few an far between).

I don't think anything would stop him from trying to get more weapons. A brush with the law would only serve to make him bounce and squeak about police brutality against a proud Translatinx tuber, and draw shitty stuff and post a public service announcement about cops being massacred in Potato Heaven turning it into even more of a lawless wasteland. Nothings gonna change him, we all know this. In fact being fully incarcerated is actually going to just end up with him being abused further into a state of becoming even more of a hate filled she'll.

I'm not so sure, Phil is a coward but he's yet to feel the long arm of the law pinching down on him for anything serious - people underestimate just how much of a coward Phil is, when he's faced with authority he has two options open to him at any time.
1) Bitch moan but end up complying.
2) Tarding out to his happy place.
So your right he will make a big blustery post about how the pigs an firepigs in autisimland have been killed off etc, and he would still lust over the feeling of power he get's with a weapon but he'd not own one or at least carry them on his person any more.
Your right phil's not really able to change, however you can scare him into compliance with a big enough threat and to him real authority is fucking terrifying.

I feel that though he'd put on a face of begrudgingly compliance hedl'd try to find some back channel means of of reclaiming or obtaining similar security blanket weapons. I'm just curious if, were he to ever be truly incarcerated and placed in the prison system, would he retain his cowardice or would he be forced by the circumstances to step up and gain some boldness to say the least? Or would he end up (more likely) as someones bitch or dead?
