There ya go. That's all there is to it. Culture or not, Phil is SJW, and SJWs hate Europe because to them, Europe = white people. Forget that it's not even close to being that simple or accurate. Phil wants to be brown because, like any good SJW, he doesn't see people beyond what color of skin they have.
