I think y'all are putting way too much stock on his 'tism and transness bailing him out. He's such a god damn nuisance, and this time went so far beyond the pale, that I'm pretty sure the jury in his local area is just chomping at the bit to get rid of him once and for all.

Though even in the slim chance he goes scot-free, he'll likely lose his house and end up homeless soon aftewards. There is no coming back from this one.

I can't help but wonder if maybe they won't find conclusive evidence of intercourse and barb won't testify against him. Not because he didn't fuck her, but just due to limitations with these tests, Chris's tiny duck, etc. They could both just walk out of this completely unscathed, legally speaking anyway.
 
We won't know until we know, but all I can hope for is that he's institutionalized. Like in a place they kept Junior Soprano. It's not good, but if you comply and keep yourself quiet, then maybe you can rot away in some level of "peace" until you die.
 
My vote is ultimately hobo saga, I see this going to court if nothing else and costing both Borb and Chris massive amounts of money, possible loss of tugboat if nothing else. I think Chris will ultimately get a light sentence, probably a short stay in jail and then probation or it will all be thrown out after a long period of legal battles that may go nowhere and serve to only waste everyone's time. Borb will probably die before this whole matter is settled and Chris will lose the house.

Lacking Null to come in and Jannie his life Chris will continue to make more and more retarded decisions and will not be able to use his E-Fame to beg for money. Both through a mix of his own legendary laziness and incompetence now also coupled with his reputation as a incestuous sex pest making him untouchable by the internet at large. He will eventually be on the street and just be another rambling hobo pestering passers by for change.

He may, given enough time and if directed well enough by the troons on twitter make his way to the Tranch to be accepted amongst his people; mentally ill troon sex pests.
 
My guess is bouncing around mental institutions for a while, and then released trying to find him subsidized housing. I don't think Chris will be deemed unstable enough for assisted living. There's limited space in these places and Chris has proven he can drive, maintain a budget, etc... which puts him ahead of many . And eventually the homeless saga comes, along with many other such sad cases.
 
I think the state is going to remove both Chris and Barb from 14BC permanently since the case workers will realize neither of them is capable of functioning unsupervised. Chris is likely going to either jail, or some psych facility or home for retards who don't have anyone to be responsible for them. The shock of all this and being placed in a scary new home will likely kill Barb in the next few months. She hasn't been doing well lately to begin with. With Chris, since he's likely never going to see his mother again, and if the social workers and DA decide he's capable of standing trial...he might just kill himself if he's left unsupervised leading up to the trial. If he's in custody or placed in some care facility, then he'll live, but he likely won't see any kind of freedom for a long time. That is, if he doesn't just end it all now.
 
In all honesty, I think institutionalization. And again, honestly, I think this is probably for the best. The more I lurk and watch the Chris stuff, the more I'm convinced he is not in the least bit able to exercise sound judgement on anything, even beyond what has already been established with his internet history. As the social situation and the support that comes with it has deteriorated (not saying it was great to begin with), so has Chris, so something happening like this was an inevitability.

Did Chris in my opinion know right from wrong? Yes
Is Chris in my opinion able to control his impulses and behavior? No

The best outcome for everyone, including Chris, is to be in an institution where he is properly supervised, medicated and put into a routine with solid structure and routine. It would keep him away from the internet and for the most part away from anyone who may negatively influence Chris. You'd probably even see an improvement in his behavior and overall well-being. However, in no uncertain terms should Chris ever leave the institution.

I know there is a lot of outrage, and I get why people would be, but to be honest I am just kind of sad that things got to this point without intervention. As much as it may rustle some Libertarian-fag jimmies, this is a case where Chris, and people like him, would actually be better off cared for and supervised by the state, instead of being left alone and to their own devices. Someone should have stepped in a lot sooner.
