The thing is that we kind of already got a version of what Seviathan was supposed to be like when an episode of HB utilized a scrap comic idea for Hazbin.
They're not going to, and instead Seviathan is going to be a straw man for how she views all straight men in the world. This is exactly why female writers aren't taken seriously because unless if they're Japanese they always use their writing to lecture their audience on how "oppressed" they feel and how evil all straight white men are using straw man characters rather than telling a good story and proceeded to blame men when their shitty story is shitty.
The best thing to happen is to not have Seviathan actually appear in the show. There's already so many characters and plot-lines; you really don't have to add anymore for the next...24 episodes.

You can say that she doesn't provide any evidence because she doesn't want this guy to be identified and harassed, however that doesn't explain how Kiwifarms hasn't found anything pointing towards this guy's existence or even evidence that she has attempted dating in the past. The only thing we have of this guy is her vage "just trust me bro" mentions.

The more likely answer is that she did have a boyfriend, but she exaggerated on how terrible he was.
