This is what activism does to many people. It drives them fucking insane, to the point that human life plays second fiddle to their cause. In his video where he addressed Mr Repzion's critique of him filming his dying grandfather, he actually tries to say he is less unethical than Mr Repzion because Mr Repzion rapes and murders animals for his own satisfaction (ie he eats meat/drinks chocolate miIk).

That's the level of sociopathy this fucking gremlin exists on. In the same video he even rolls his eyes like an annoyed teen girl because his family "dragged him to the funeral" and "got angry that he was filming his grandfather while the paramedics were treating him."

He's legitimately one of the few cows online that I have real hatred for.

One of his latest videos shows him going to Canadian Thanksgiving with his Mom and grandmother at the home they share. He said from when the channel started in 2014 that he lived with his Mom but I get the impression the maternal grandmother and grandfather lived there too. After he moved in a stream of different homes with his Belgian partner from 2016 onwards (one in Belgium, then two in different parts of Ontario), he then called his family home his 'grandmother's' rather than Mom's.

Sorry for the sperg post here, but it seemed a bit of an odd change of terms for the house.

He has a lot of issues with pet owners as he was promoting a vegan only diet for his husky but he ended up having to give it away. If you look at his earlier vids with jasmine the poor dog looked so thin. He was obviously hiding the fact his dog was suffering from this stupid diet.

It's one of the great ironies of his ideology. He is willing to ensure an animal suffers in the name of preventing animal suffering.

That wasn't even a husky (Unless the fucker has done this again), it was a Czechoslovakian Wolfdog. They're basically German Shepherds bred with Carpathian Wolves by the Czech Army for use as attack dogs. They're a rather expensive breed, with puppies running anywhere between $800-$1500 depending on pedigree. They actually had to have it fucking FLOWN from Europe to Canada, which is stressful as fuck for a dog. And their diet is about half meat by biological necessity.
For a vegan, he certainly didn't seem to give 2 fucks about that animal beyond a fashion statement.
 
Sorry to be defender/white knight here, but some wolf breeds do eat vegetables and fruits. The dog Lucy was a Czechoslovakian wolfdog. The reason she was so thin was because she had EPI (endocrine pancreatic insuficiency) and she wouldn't absorb any nutrients from any food at all.

The puppy was purchased in autumn 2016 but by January 2017, Jasmin made a video revealing that she feeds Lucy meat from a butcher and a meat-based dog kibble, instead of the vegetable canned food and kibble that Lucy originally was fed on. Although initially she was a bit better, she still had the same thinness and problems she had on the vegan food, so she ended up with the right medical enzymes and went back to vegan food.

Vegan Gains made a video back in 2016 saying he took drugs that made him hallucinate and believe he became a dog. During the trip, he was at a house party and someone's dog was at the party and his hallucinations meant he felt inside the brain of the dog and the trip told him that dog owning wasn't good for dogs. He didn't want to own a dog again but as he was planning to live with Jasmin at the time and she wanted a dog, he said it would be her decision.

Jasmin said she had been researching this particular breed for years and wanted one. Because she had moral issues with buying puppies from breeders, she wanted to adopt a rescue dog. Lucy came from Denmark, and Jasmin said the woman who 'gave' her Lucy was letting her take Lucy in as a rescue dog and only asked for payment for dog things rather than a fee for the dog. It turned out in the end that the breeder was wanting to get rid of puppy Lucy cause she was sick, and she couldn't make a profit on her in the end, but according to Jasmin, the breeder stalked Lucy online and when she found out Lucy just needed enzymes and could be healthy, the breeder bullied Jasmin and Richard online, telling lies that the dog was being abused and needed to come back to its breeder. When in fact, the dog was OK and the breeder was just lying because she wanted to sell a healthy Lucy and make more money.

I don't know if the pup was shipped from Denmark to Canada directly, or shipped from Denmark to Belgium then Belgium to Denmark. Richard and Jasmin say that because Lucy wasn't a valuable dog to sell that no-one would have bought her and she might have got euthanised, therefore it was the lesser of two evils to have a dog shipped on a plane so it would go to a family that would 'save' it and love it.

When Lucy was about sixth months old, they adopted another unwanted dog. His name is Finn, he is a pomeranian, possibly a pom mix. They got him rescue because someone was gifted a dog as a present but wasn't able to care for it.

In late 2017, a lot of viewers left comments that they couldn't see Lucy around in the vlogs. Richard made a video saying that Lucy had suffered from anxiety for over a year because she was nearly attacked as a puppy on the subway and although they tried to train Lucy, she was still traumatised and so they gave her to someone who lived in the country so it was better than city living for a dog.

I kind of question a lot of these statements though.

I've been trying to find a video he's featured in...but it's probably deleted or on private. He was eating fruit off one of his girlfriends feet; pouring berries on it and making her hold bananas with her feet. And I remember people in the comments being rightfully disgusted by it.

On of the comments I vividly remember is, "Nigga this is some XVideos shit".

They never adopted the dog, they just bought it from a breeder.
She had Lucy imported straight from Denmark to Canada without anyone accompanying her.
They made her vegan and the vegan diet made her ill, Richard also shouts a lot and has anger issues which most likely caused her anxiety.
The breeder wanted to buy lucy back from them as she saw how sick lucy looked but jasmin didn't want this (richard was ok with it)

I actually wouldn't be surprised at that last one. Vegan Gein is the last goddamn person who should be trusted with the care of another living being. He wanted to slit Mr Repzion's throat simply for calling him a sociopath (proving Repzion's point perfectly) can you imagine what he would do if one day he forgot to let the poor dog out and she had to shit on the floor? He'd probably go fucking ballistic.
I mean, he's a vegan who owns large hunting knives and a bow... This is like a eunuch owning a fleshlight, what the fuck use is it to him? He's obviously got a fascination with and propensity for violent behavior. I actually think he might have gone vegan (ethical vegan, mind you) because he thinks the whole "I can't stand animals dying" shtick is a way to convince himself that he isn't a violent and dangerous person.

He has a wife now, Jasmin, that doesn't work and got a new car as christmas present from him.
So neither of them work, riding the gravy train and probably will for a long time.
