While it's possible to get this way using only a plant based diet, it's very strict and very monotonous and if you go the supplement route then it's also very expensive.
No, this guy got it either by eating meat or as I personally believe he got there by juicing. That would explain his rage issues and wanting to stomp on crying babies. But if anybody here deserves to be stomped on, it's him.

You got me - Canada's steroid law (I also am convinced he's juicing, no WAY you're getting that big on plan t based without ovo-lacto or Mr. Roid) is actually weird -- it's illegal to sell or buy, but LEGAL to possess without a prescription as it's personal use only.
