🌟 Internet Famous Vegan Gains / Richard Burgess - Crazy, Baby Hater, Vegan, Drama Whore, The Keemstar of Bodybuilding Youtubers

You got me - Canada's steroid law (I also am convinced he's juicing, no WAY you're getting that big on plan t based without ovo-lacto or Mr. Roid) is actually weird -- it's illegal to sell or buy, but LEGAL to possess without a prescription as it's personal use only. Belgium requires a prescription. Love that he's waiting for the bike at the carousel. Oversize Baggage, asshole.
Or the other way is he got swole before he went vegan and he's been supplementing ever since trying to keep his gains. But even than there's only so far you can go natty on a vegan diet. This guy is on the juice.

I think it's all diet based, a person can be very lean and healthy or not. We know he also photoshops himself to look bigger.

There are some steroids that don't get you "bigger" but boost your muscles efficiency, so yes you can be pretty strong in a smaller frame/size. You still hit a limit how efficient a muscle can be till it needs to grow, provided it has fuel. Now in theory you could do a lot of different blends and starve yourself or eat at maint and not get bigger.

The rage issue is him being a whiny man child, not gear. I just personally don't think he's juicing and until I see him at his chicken bone size racking well into the 1000 club I think he's just eating a very very boring diet and doing enough to make himself look "good". Plus I can't really picture a vegan being ok with any gear esp most of it black market is made in questionable places.

Edit for clarity: Steroids are not magic and don't get you big, with out putting the work in with out getting too in depth on chemistry some steroids hold a lot of water and in the case of someone jacked you look bigger than you are. You know how you drink a bunch of water and looks like a beer belly till you pee? Now picture that over a bicep and sitting around till your body flushes it out after 8-12 weeks.

I guess it depends on what you mean by "body mass".
Derived from BMI, i.e. measuring the parts of the body that isn't fat. Not sure if it means just muscle or muscle + organs or muscle + organs + bone.

My assumption it's the standard for basic normie gains, and "per full body weight" is how you reach epic bodybuilder levels.

I enjoyed reading all the posts. Here are some comments to add to various posts here.

1 His girlfriend is from Belgium, not Quebec or French-Ontario and she speaks Dutch.
2 I have been following Trisha Paytas for years now and then saw her worse videos. I then started following a critic of her saying that T.P. is just a ridiculous liar. I do feel Trisha's video 'my boyfriend killed himself' is just a lie and she never had a B.F. that committed suicide. She lies constantly.

3 I'm an archer myself: that bow is called a compound bow and is legal for competative and leisure archery. So he didn't buy it to kill humans lol.

I didn't know we had a VG gains thread. Does anyone gave an archive of his old YT account Haberdashery? He used to post the most insane shit in his comment sections.

Also, on the "Is he natty" thing ; probably not. His lifts are abysmal for someone who has lifted for the length of time that he has. I would wager that someone training for two years with proper guidance could out perform him. Hypertrophy only works if your muscles are damaged,i.e. if you do more work. You can compensate with increasing volume but there's only so much doing the same light weights for high reps will do. This is compounded when you factor in that he's vegan, which means his free testosterone levels are probably well under the average ( assuming he's not meticulous with his diet)

I'm a Patreon subscriber and his paying-only Sunday Live Stream discussed this. He made a new vlog yesterday but he deleted it.

He's been forbidden from speaking with his wife so she's living at their appartment while he has to move to his mother's house.

LOL I have autism; that 'autistic vote' is funny.

I think we need to dedicate something like "soycow" to these fucking vegged up exceptional individuals.
