Depends of wich "race" you are speaking, there's not a "latino" or "hispanic" race because is just a blanket term for a coalition of mutts. What you are refering to are castizos/metizos (injun+mediterranean mutt) wich are essentially jungle hapas, there are also fully hispanic whites like italians, portuguese (>inb4 white) or germans, there's also niggers, mulattos, quadroons, octroons and zamboids wich are all niggermutts, the most conflictive hispanics are always some form of negroid mix like zamboids, mestizos are fucking retarded sometimes and mexican ones are the worst as they are the ones that form most of the genetic makeup of the cartels so they have that native rage and bloodthirst inside em, castizos are mostly ok and chill but they can also be clinically insane a trait that all hapas share, then the best ones are literally just white people with an accent.
