Even with nominal control of all of the branches, the grasp on power is far more precarious than you seem to realize.
This is why Trump was so keen on Texas redistricting, and why the democrats started squawking like mad. Its why its so important for voters of states like Georgia to go out and vote in a republican like Mike Collins for senate.

No, the question was "what of note has passed since the reconciliation bill?". Reconciliation bills bypass the filibuster in the Senate, so you only need a simple majority, but they can only be done once a year and everything in them has to pertain to the budget/spending, which doesn't cover things like desk-shitting privileges, to use your example. After that opportunity has been used, you'd need ten dems onboard to reach 60 in order to invoke cloture and allow bills to proceed to a vote. That's basically an impossible goal in the present environment, which is why so many things were forced into the reconciliation bill rather than introduced on their own. After that, nothing passes that the dems don't agree to in significant numbers.

Executive orders are limited to powers delegated to the executive by Congress or inherent to the president's constitutional role (like command of the military). And they can be undone easily by his successor(s).

Actual lasting progress will need legislation that simply isn't going to be provided by the current makeup of Congress, regardless of whether Trump supports it. So, no, he isn't "making laws."

Even with nominal control of all of the branches, the grasp on power is far more precarious than you seem to realize.
So after that Chatgpt version of how Bills are passed and the riving conversation it will generate in efforts to pwn me.
Can i use short hand words or not?
Lets just cut to the chase here. I am not going to care to do a who knows more about autistic processes or not. No Democrat guy will vote for them yes agree, but with enough public outrage and pressure. Do you deny that the right wing, GOP and Trump's government who have tabled such bills and all the processes contained in all the powers held under the presidential office. That we are in the best position to get bills signed in to law? Or is it over and we lost with only a majority of the country voting right wing and not a total wipe out?

Put down the bottle and rewrite this sentence to make any sort of sense. You seem to be under the impression your interlocutors are trying to "own" you. They are not. They are trying to coax you to some semblance of coherence in an effort at achieving meaningful discussion.

If you can't wield a power, you don't have it. Even if the King of England were radicalized into caring about their migrant crisis, there is nothing he can do about it, no matter how fancy his title is. "Controller of the house and senate" is a fine title, but if you can't pass laws, who cares? The most you can do is keep your opponents from passing laws, and even that's up for debate given that the most heinous legislation is often bipartisan in nature.

LOL. Fuck NYC and I guess all of NY. I say the west coast and all the northeast anyway.

New York gets exactly the leader it deserves and if the largest Jewish population outside of Israel is shocked and stunned to see a spike in antisemitism after the election, they only have themselves to blame for continuously

Fuck man I should not try and participate in threads when I wake up at 4am
they only have themselves to blame for the influx of antisemites into the state.

We're in a major fight bro
In historical terms this was the 1960s, not the 1930s. A major fight is the 1930s.

We need to eradication the ideology of the left.
correct. When you set a party's agenda it means that you totally control the discussion. They're ideology is destroyed. Unless you think we should or will destroy the 2 party system. That I doubt will happen. So there must be some kind of platform for the democratic party. What will replace it, that isn't set yet. That's an even more important question, what replaces it.

100%. I recently heard an Irish guy who GTFO of that shit hole sum it up pretty good (I'm paraphrasing): People would say to me "why not stay and fight to make it better?" Because Ireland doesn't want better. The people there don't WANT freedom. The few of us who do, there's not enough to ever change things. So why stay and try to force MY beliefs? I just went somewhere that matches them and I'll defend that place since there's more people there who are in line with me.

If people CAN'T get out of these shit States, I get it. Sometimes it's not even financial. Life can be complicated. But anyone else, nah, GTFO or else it's on you. "But it'll follow!" Yeah and if you're somewhere that's better fortified to be defended, then that makes more sense. If you're in a burning building that's like 80-90% burned down, your buckets of water ain't shit. The fire didn't JUST start, the building is GONE man. GTFO and make sure a good building isn't going to get burned up.

NY, CA, NJ, IL, MA, and so on, all of them are not saveable. They are rotting ships. You cannot fix them. No one can.

Damn. what the fuck did I miss?!
He's referring to the OFCOM UK shit (Otterly is a Britoid) which is funny to me because he himself is most likely a sock of someone breaking forum rules by posting here.

Honestly the hate-boner some posters have for the bonger is more bizarre than anything. Literally the most harmless and non-offensive poster in the Thunderdome and for some reason people just hate that. Figure that one out

then there's catch the rainbow and johnny bravo constantly picking fights, like they're constantly harassing HHH and any other poster that doesn't agree with this thread's culture.
Your reading of the situation is fake and gay btw, Hulkster brings it all on himself when he comes in here acting like a tard. People who come in here expressing liberal sensibilities will be disagreed with but in general the worst thing that happens is they get negrate stickers and thats it.

Kamala will probably be forced out before the Primary some how, she's pissed off the megadonors and they won't pony up for her again. AOC has no chance on the national stage, but I do agree she'll be in the running for the youth but as the new Bernie to syphon money out of them for the DNC. Newsom has been working to make himself seem like the frontrunner but I don't think he actually stands a chance at the nomination.
Agrees about all, especially Newsom who I think will flame out fast, and no Dem wants to ever run a white guy for President again unless he's gay.

I think it will be somebody not on the radar yet. It really sounds like the crazies in NYC are gonna elect Socialst Zoltar for mayor. I can see him grandstanding on the national stage for a couple of years and then running against Vance. The contrast will be very striking.

I caught one of Adams's sales pitches and yeah all he has is "I'm less crazy than Zoltar, and I offer fewer gibs"
he's fuHUCKED

I'm posting this here as well as the Kirk thread, Kash is saying dozens involved. He actually comes off pretty confident here unlike a lot lately.
