Otterly was breaking the law to post here too
all these freshmen talking about accounts that are only a year old like they're iconic members of this place is fucking insane. they weren't here for the email fiascos or comicsgate or the kiwifarms edf combo forum or the era where null censored certain words so exceptional was used all over the place or any of the other big parts of this website's history.
Damn. what the fuck did I miss?!

I can believe that thousands maybe millions of communists exist in this country. Communists that want me, and millions of other right-wingers dead.
i'd aim at less than 500k, if we're truly being honest. more than a million, and we would have seen at least 1-2 communist members in a state house or something.

This basically doesn't happen. The President is not a legislature unto himself.
So now you have retreated in to semantics because i did not word it right, Okay
Trump's government tables legislation that has passed through both houses, got blocked a silly judge and then that injunction got struck down by the SC who ruled in Trump's favor.
I think projecting your feelings about what i know or don't know is going to burn you. Please don't be that retard.
Do i have to really type out long explanations of the US government structure and not use a meme format for quicker points?

What a glowing endorsement, the woman who ordered the murder of a squirrel and a raccoon CUNT!

As for the Dems, I prophesied with the other half a while ago that after a 2024 loss, they will begin to significantly fracture.

Before I continue the 2028 runners will be Kamala, AOC, and Newscum. Harris will lose first with no votes, AOC is there for the young vote, but she will be against either Vance or Rubio, so she will be destroyed. Scum will be the nominee but not the heir-apparent. He is very similar to Keir Starmer, who only got in because of the weakness of the party itself.

This is the problem, though, all candidates are radical left and cannot appeal to the centre. That is something we can see now, even. I think the radicalization of the left is another turn-off for this faction, along with issues such as Gaza stifling any conversation. AOC will branch off and have a socialist caucus, whilst Newscum will form a technocratic caucus again very similar to Starmer

Says the June 2025 account. Basically admitting you’re a sock is a bold strategy Cotton. Let’s see how it works out.

No you don't understand, some wobbly Rs will totally turn this massive W in to a L over protecting a confirmed terrorist that commits political assassinations. It is totally over for the right wing, we lose bros.
Now for the autistic pedantic faggots, that entire line was Sarcasm. Read more here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarcasm

So how much of note has passed the legislature since the reconciliation bill, which had to undergo a ton of cuts to get it across the line and required Vance to be the tie-breaker in the senate?

Negotiations like that are common, what government on the planet in the history of democratized politics has party that passes law as first written without redrafts and compromises. That is a silly question.
Take the BBB. Supposedly caused a split between him and Elon so much that Elon had ideas of setting up his own party, but it got passed. Despite the commitment of the left wing to kill it and embarrass Trump. It passed.

Ok, so now answer the question I actually asked.

>semantics

>actually the absolute most basic of understanding of how our government works

You type like a fag and your shits all retarded. Probably a sock from one of the accounts banned from replying to HHH in the Charlie thread.
Just because you don't agree don't mean i am wrong bro.
So are you saying and calling for a ban on peopling saying "Trump did this" here? I am just using it as short hand for the Trump govenment and it is verious processes to save on the walls of text if we have to go in to how we get bills passed every time we post.

I already did, your gotcha is retarded and I refuse to address it on the grounds that it is common place for Bill's to be rewritten and compromises made to make stuff pass.
All in an effort to to say i "don't know shit" and to win on some bullshit thing i did not claim. Because i am pointing out that your underdog larp is cringe. Please grow up.

stupid question, what's genuinely stopping the feds from just putting on a quick trial and executing him?
Jurisdiction (Fed has no general police power, so any federal crimes need an article 1 hook) and appeals (constitutional due process sort of generally requires this, but there is some debate as to what and how much, see especially jurisdiction stripping by congress like Ex Parte McCardle).

That’s mostly roadblocks for “putting on the trial” and making it “quick” though. If the Feds can and want to execute him, they can do it and the state can’t do shit. Supremacy Clause baby.

Bablylon Bee replaced them in the mid 2010s whe theonion was sold to some woke leftist and just became a clone of the kimmels and colberts of nonstop TDS.

ETA wow. I knew this would be big but I think this is going to be one of the most pivotal moments in modern history. It's a bit shocking how big this has gotten, but welcome to see.

Orange County really is a better place, fucking hate having LA and SF ruin EVERYTHING for everyone.

Kamala will probably be forced out before the Primary some how, she's pissed off the megadonors and they won't pony up for her again. AOC has no chance on the national stage, but I do agree she'll be in the running for the youth but as the new Bernie to syphon money out of them for the DNC. Newsom has been working to make himself seem like the frontrunner but I don't think he actually stands a chance at the nomination.

The Progs that ran(into the ground) Kamala's campaign believe they are the future leadership of the Democratic Party and are completely refusing to believe they need to move away from the far left. They want to go harder left, and we are already seeing that in Minneapolis and New York Mayoral primaries. Maybe if the progs really get their backs broken over midterms they will get them back on the reservation, but they'll probably disenfranchise them in the process. I don't see them giving up their entitlement if they cost the Dems the midterms though. I currently think Crockett is the current most likely candidate for 2028 Democratic Primary. The Progs are are a black woman political death cult.

But we are so far away from being anywhere close to high probability on 2028. Hell, this last week could be a boon the the DNC if the fallout comes down hard on the Progressives and Trump radicalizes them out of the party for the Democrats. Not enough to save them in 2026 but could rip off the band-aid they desperately need to in order to shift hard to center for 2028.

political violence started when someone convinced 10 of his friends to kill the tribe chief for more mammoth meat and a pass at his wives. America has had political violence from the start, literally. However, after the period of polarization and violence eventually one side wins and an overton window is born. After the 60s the "left" won. That win was cemented by Ronald Ragan, who set the bounds for the right-wing. Eventually the left kept winning, until a bunch of spergs online helped Donald Trump win. Donald Trump wasn't apart of the intelligencia, so he wasn't given the proper training as to what positions a right-wing person could hold.

Leftists hated George Bush, but he was still controlled by the elite. I do think elite leftists want other elite leftists to have violence at the back of their minds. This time I don't know where the Overton Window will fall. I don't know if the left will allow this process to happen without a major fight.

The end goal is to have the left so buck broken that we set their agenda.
>without a major fight

What is the assassination of Charlie Kirk? What is the attempted assassination of Donald J. Trump. What is the attempted railroading of Trump? What is the summer of love/coivd lockdowns. What is the endless attempted impeachments of Trump? What is Antifa doxing/collecting info on conservatives, and getting them fired for the last decade? What is the murder of Aaron Danielson (which leftistpedia labels a "killing")? What is the targeting of Christian school children by troons? We're in a major fight bro, the thing is the left is made up of cowards who won't risk themselves, and conservatives appealing "to law and order" instead of confronting reality. Things are already kinetic, plan accordingly.

>we set their agenda

We need to eradication the ideology of the left. Not set their agenda. Modern leftism is a product of the frankfurt school. It is a cult of death created in retaliation and thrust upon humanity for rejecting classical marxism. "You rejected Karl's utopia, you must die" has been the unspoken and very often spoken slogan of the left for generations. That ideology must die. The future should be a world where Charlie Kirk is seen as a far leftist, where Donald Trump is seen as a far leftist. Where question of "racial and sex differences" are not only acknowledged as fact, both commonly and legally, but people unironically ask "how can you live otherwise." That is the goal. Not ought to be, that is the goal.

No, the question was "what of note has passed since the reconciliation bill?". Reconciliation bills bypass the filibuster in the Senate, so you only need a simple majority, but they can only be done once a year and everything in them has to pertain to the budget/spending, which doesn't cover things like desk-shitting privileges, to use your example. After that opportunity has been used, you'd need ten dems onboard to reach 60 in order to invoke cloture and allow bills to proceed to a vote. That's basically an impossible goal in the present environment, which is why so many things were forced into the reconciliation bill rather than introduced on their own. After that, nothing passes that the dems don't agree to in significant numbers.

Executive orders are limited to powers delegated to the executive by Congress or inherent to the president's constitutional role (like command of the military). And they can be undone easily by his successor(s).

Actual lasting progress will need legislation that simply isn't going to be provided by the current makeup of Congress, regardless of whether Trump supports it. So, no, he isn't "making laws."

Even with nominal control of all of the branches, the grasp on power is far more precarious than you seem to realize.
